Sakia deserved that. Especially after denying what she did. She can't say she didn't know she went too far first thing: there is no way she didn't hear Tara's back cracking. Second thing. The whole 'class' with Ben and Tara she was sassy and criticizing everything except after she let go of Tara's leg. If she really didn't think she went too far she would have said something like "See you can stretch higher you are just lazy" or something like that and not "She's fine. My teachers did that to me all the time"

As sad as the whole situation between Tara + saskia is in this one, this is probably my favorite episode. This is honestly where we see Tara mature SO MUCH. She’s not the mooney eyed girl anymore for boys or even dance. Because of the terrible pain she feels both physically and emotionally she grows such admirable character and remembers what matters to her most. It’s so satisfying seeing saskia still walk away bitter, but Tara continuing on to follow her dreams without comprising her credibility or morals 👏🏽👏🏽😭
