Mess says that this lyrics have no meaning and they were written drunk, but I feel theres actually a lot of meaning on this song...or they talk about different things and they just linked them.

Nah. They put out a blog post years and years ago that said that a lot of the recording sessions consisted of Jonny showing up to the studio stoned out of his gourd mumbling incoherently into the microphone. Then from those incoherent mumbling they would take their extent kind of sound like what he was trying to mumble into the microphone and then record those once he was sober. There's no deeper meaning behind a lot of the dbm lyrics
@samvaiphei84333 жыл бұрын
@@FIDEL_CASHFLOW_ I don't mean to be rude and stuff, but just put yourself in their shoes. If you wrote lyrics like that and they had a really deep meaning to it, say they could have been attached to some terrible events or the real meanings were too personal to disclose, would you really tell the fanbase? There are somethings that the artists share to their fans for emotional support while there may be some events from their life that may be too personal, I believe. I really love Jon Mess, but seeing his interviews and stuff, he seems to be very soft spoken and kind. But I have a feeling that he may have experienced some terrible stuff in his life and that he gets them out in the form of his seemingly incoherent lyrics. I don't really know. I may be crossing a line here by guessing about his past life and also his personality. Forgive me. I just really think that these lyrics have some really deep meaning to them ever since I started listening to them. I love Dance Gavin Dance. This is the longest comment I have ever written too. Hope you don't mind and would love to hear what you think too.

As much Tillian has skyrocketed this band, respectfully, but I think seen enough live videos of JC live in all his bands, he just is so much better than tillian. Jc can just hit those notes live like he does in studio. Love all phases of DGD , no hate towards Tillian

Alex Monterrubio I hate Tillian In dgd I don’t think he’s a bad singer but I just don’t like him In dgd it don’t sound right or me

@@FinalStage4L I feel it man. It was actually tillian that put me on, I only beeen listening for about two years. But because of tillian I fell in love with Dgd which made me research through all their albums. I love JC more, but tillian is dope.
