DGD is, has been, and most likely will always be my all time favorite band. The level or brilliance and musicianship that every member of this collective puts out is just simply unmatched by any other band. They’re just in an entirely different tier. When you’re dealing with this level of incredibly creative and unique art, there’s just not time for internet drama. All that stuff pales in comparison to the absolute SHINING GEM that is this band’s music. I count myself beyond lucky to be alive in the same era that this band exists in.

Intro: Jon Mess] It kicked my ass, I felt so bad I look like crap, there's no life-hack It's pounding through my temples It feels like every season My nose is plugged or leaking Don't ask me out, I'm indoor We sneeze in Sacramento [Refrain: Jon Mess] Achoo, achoo, achoo The pollen, you so rude The mucus I produce Is more than just a nuisance, it's abuse Achoo, achoo The pills aren't working, dude Goggle vision, life in prison I'm impaired, I can't taste my food [Verse 1: Tilian] Keep it all to yourself Keep it out of my sight Hold your tongue and hold tight Just to prevent a fight, yeah All to yourself Out of my sight Accumulate your spite Though you know it ain't right [Pre-Chorus: Tilian] You wanna burn somе money? Hop on a flight to Panama We gotta get undеr the sun You feel the rapture waning? You know we can't just carry on Gotta reverse some damage done [Chorus: Tilian] Let me back inside I'll surrender, I'll surrender We can make this right Know it won't happen overnight But if you let me back inside There's still an ember Do you remember how to build a fire? I need to see you burning bright If you let me back inside [Verse 2: Jon Mess] I get above the frustration And put my head in the clouds This permanent vacation Eventually makes you drown I could have sworn that I fixed myself 'Cause I read a bunch of shit about mental health But then I took another drink and I said I felt Like I don't need to think about nothing, or the things that I do [Refrain: Tilian] We've tried it the hard way, little to no change Let's take another chance We've dwelled on our mistakes, taken our own space We deserve another chance [Pre-Chorus: Tilian] Wanna reanimate you I wanna see you flying high Up in the clouds where you belong You wanna burn some money? Hop on a flight to Panama We gotta get under the sun [Chorus: Tilian] Let me back inside I'll surrender, I'll surrender We can make this right Know it won't happen overnight But if you let me back inside There's still an ember Do you remember how to build a fire? I need to see you glowing bright If you let me back inside [Outro: Jon Mess & Tilian] I hope you follow through (Inside) I hope you follow through
