Heyyy, Yuta appreciation, let's go! He's one of the main dancers for a reason :) Sadly he barely gets screentime (looking at you Kick It). But he, Jungwoo and Johnny are the hidden dance machines in 127 and I love it. Jungwoo owns the dance in Wakey-Wakey, with his iconic little part! Regular is a banger, agree, that song just makes you feel like spending money hahaha. It's very catchy It has also a Chinese version of the MV and dance practice, it's WayV's lead single of their debut album actually! They debuted with Chinese version of Regular, Come Back and their own Dream Launch ballad. Regular is probably the only song which English version isn't horrible compared to the original version, I love the English version a lot, but honestly the Chinese one beats everything. Maybe because of how "smooth" Chinese sounds.

Finally! Yuta is an underrated dancer. His lower body is so strong especially his feet. I am always amaze by how he moves with his feet. Well maybe because he's a good soccer player. But I really love how he moves!

@@rebeckaroy6790 I think WayV dance style is just like their name, wavy, smooth, and more groovy. Unlike 127 that always hard hitting their moves. Someone's said that the group overall image on their dances, usually comes from their main dancer influences, because they're that always leading their dance. As we can see, WayV overall dance style usually always smooth, groovy, exactly like Ten always do. Meanwhile we got explosive, hard hitting movements in 127 because Taeyong and Mark always execute their movements like that. Well IDK tho, because I'm not expert, I just recite what's someone else has said before.

@@dyounderwears3730 I think it also mirrors their musical style as well. 127's sound is different to WayV and Dream too. And all of them look a little different when doing NCT U choreo depending on who is in the group and what the track is like. One of my fav things about the whole of NCT is how diverse the music and dance can be thanks to how the groups are structured...

regular is the best english version of a kpop song ever! really well written and delivered, such a nice job by both nct and the people behind it! it has catchy lyrics without being cringey and the pronunciation of the boys were really good, really proud of this song a lot.

I personally prefer the English version, but can’t deny the fact they sound more confident in the korean version. The inflexion, vocal throws and expression sounds more convincing and emotion...ful🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, Yuta's nickname in my head has always been "the assassin". He is very graceful and light but can also come out with explosive power when he needs to (ie his jump in Black on Black)- boom, dead. There is a catchy, bouncy groove to this one that is certainly contagious. I prefer the Korean lyrics but the feel in both is great fun.

Exactly like that's what I like about NCT's choreos.. The dynamics, the intensity, the individuality, the groove.. Idk they're just satisfying for me...NCT and Seventeen has been my top dance group.

NCT WayV has a Chinese version of Regular (which was also sort of their debut) and the dance is slightly different if I remember correctly

Next up--WayV's debut, Regular Chinese Version! There's a stark contrast between the sound. I love the English version because it sounds brash and arrogant like someone who started on the streets and became rich, but the Chinese version is 5 stars too. It sounds more smooth and polished like someone born wealthy. Can't wait to see your take on it.

Yes, there are "focus" cameras for the Regular dance practice and it was the Yuta focus that dragged me into NCT by my ear. (I'd never seen or heard Kpop before.) He took advantage of every second that camera was on him to captivate. Now my eyes always go to him first. After I saw this reaction, I went back and watched all your other NCT reactions. I really appreciate your comments and analysis!

The tiger in the MV is actually Mark's pet since he was a kid according to an interview back then when they're promoting the regular era. He also said he was so happy that his baby is part of the MV. Btw, loving your reactions to different MV's! Keep it up!

I love how you mentioned Yuta because he is not as much known as an amazing dancer as Taeyong or Mark (he is somewhat really underrated, as a dancer or singer). He really has some very killer and super fast moves. And if I am honest I had no bias in NCT 127 till I saw them during both their concerts in London and Paris... My eyes were just always going towards Yuta when he was dancing because he is very captivating and I think the performances I saw before really don't give him enough screen time for us to see it. Not only he is captivating while have his center time, he also is captivating while being on the side or back, not being the main focus. He is definitely like a hidden gem in this group (since then I saw 127 3 more times in Japan and yeah, definitely he is a very great performer).

While I don't expect anything other than Korean, I fully appreciate when groups release English versions... not that I always like it better, but Regular is one that I prefer the English version to it's counterpart. It just hits harder for some reason... BUT the Korean version does have the better message. The Korean version is about the grind and working hard to accomplish your dreams... whereas the English version is the dream, letting the world know they've achieved all the fame and fortune they've worked hard for... Maybe in the music there's a slight difference reflecting that, the one being ever so slightly more muted. Also, there's a 'dancers analysis' of Yuta out there where she points out how he tends to dance more on his toes which gives him an agility the others don't always have... she attributed it to him being a soccer player. I totally notice it now since watching that video. LOL

Fun Fact: They got some beat from Yin Yang Twins' "Shake" which is cool Yeah!! Yuta the Silent Killer. Yuta the Assassin. He has a new nickname added in his resume again.
