This is a true masterpiece where actual understanding and community is built. The focus is on seeing and understanding rather than simply showcasing.

What I like about this woman is that although she may feel like she’s not the best dancer she does something that’s so many American women won’t do in a class setting and that’s to TRY. She is very courageous and determined to make herself better and she doesn’t care how hard the exercise is or how awkward she may seem in front of people and she works out her problem I see her participating a lot over the course of these videos and it’s a great example of what a student is supposed to do. Most people are so hesitant to ask questions and participate especially Americans and I am an American so I can say this,That they never fully get what the pay for out of the classes and seminars they attend When you participate you get more out of any teaching than anyone does just being a spectator and listening

That’s what’s so unique about your seminar is not just a systematic dispensing of information for students to copy and imitate as best they can. But you give concepts like bouncing like rolling etc. That ANYONE Regardless of ability can do to unlock their own creativity and get into their own body. It’s brilliant you are essentially giving people the tools needed to become their own dance instructor. I can’t believe your generosity and giving this information away for freeIt’s so good I feel like I’ve hacked into this program of yours illegally and I’m stealing this information lol. Thank you for your generosity

Sir please touch this topic 80/20 rule - Pareto Principle. In every field or skill 20% effect 80%. What I understand is the front position we use most in dancing rather than other positions. But what are the 20% in Hip-hop Freestyle which gives an 80% effect?

Basics I guess, the whole feel or understanding of how to move the body is the music, and the basics of the dance that I done to it, for example in Hiphop if we study the bounce, rock and basic footwork like slides also called skate. Then we can almost get 60 percent of body structure in the style, and to complete it further we need to add isolations, and understanding flow, FOOTWORK and different timing, range of motion, control, movement ability, variations of movement, speed changes, levels, directions, different styles, musicality, these things will fill the 40% of the style.
