It's my day 2 still practicing i did the first step but second where we have to raise our both arm i lost control i can't stand still with the help of one leg

This routine requires a lot of hip control and a fair amount of balance. It’s quite challenging! If you do the first move at half speed and then speed it back up from the next move, it might help 😊 If you do choose to do it slower, remember that you’ll do half as many repetitions 👍🏻

It’s a custom made mix of music. I would recommend using an app like Shazam to find out the name’s of the songs 😊
