I actually did this warm up with you Talysa, what a great way to start a Sunday morning.. And I can certainly feel it, got me ready to do my other exercises.. Loved to see more of this.. 😍😘🤗

I did this warm up and then didn’t have the energy to dance! Can you please post an exercise for quick step step hops and the other steps in quickstep.

Thanks for this video, helps for my stretches before dance. However, could you redo this exercise so i can see your ankle whether it needs to be on toes or not and when it will be on toes …. thanks for doing the video. 👍👍👍👍💃💃💃💃
