This got so bad that they had to delete their channel and moved to a new one. For me this is my fourth favorite song so I would like them to remake it but it is just not very likely. I can see why a lot of people say this is the distortionist, but I’m pretty sure that the distortionist is another character, I think this is amygdala’s rag doll because of same hair and Oliver vocaloid. Also, the controlling shadow thing would make sense too cause of the line “I don’t know where the thoughts are coming from, pull my strings and swallow ichor” from amygdala’s. And also, both of them are wearing a button down white shirt (dance with the dead has overalls but he could just take those off) so uh yeah that’s my theory Or maybe this is how ghost met the pals and now their getting possessed into making super depressing songs

ghost, or ghostie at the time--had been known to make a few or more vent songs at this time. keep in mind they have dissociative identity disorder(or as far as they have said or as what i have heard), which is caused by a lot of trauma as a young child. that said, taking a closer look at the lyrics, i have a feeling this is a vent song is about ab--se, and/or s--ual as--ult, and may also be mentioning the identity disorder that fell along with the trauma discussed in the lyrics later in the video. i may just be assuming, or looking to far into the lyrics, but that's just what i think.
