So basically she wanted the team as a whole to be good and having Brady there being a star (like maddie) didnt help her achieve that goal. So she sent him home, but she said if the team gets better he might come back.

Looking back, as much as I loved the show and enjoyed watching the girls, this environment was undeniably toxic. No child should ever be made to feel as though they are lesser of a PERSON because they aren’t a dancer ‘by nature’ and they don’t have natural turnout and whatever else. Abby has sucked the enjoyment out of dance.
