Finally someone actually commented on the guerilla war tactic, as soon as I saw the teaser and read the title I thought that was such a genius concept but everyone I’ve seen react to the song hasn’t even mentioned it. It’s an actual thing and what their depicting in the video is exactly its definition so I’m surprised people aren’t really talking about it

And KQ also teased and promoted this comeback very creatively using Guerrilla marketing (the creating use of novel or unconventional methods in order to boost sales or attract interest in a brand or business - Google definition). Mysterious posters with QR codes posted across various places Hongdae and various tour location in their Europe leg that lead to a unlisted video on KQ's channel hinting a July Cb. Atinys waiting at the Show's studio suddenly getting airdrop requests on their phone that again had link with qr code leading to a snippet of their track propaganda. Honestly blows my mind how much bigbraining the creative director or whoever is incharge of their concepts did 😵

The boy from Prestige Academy is a new character!! And the old man is someone we met in Fever part 2! If you haven't done so, I highly recommend reading the narrative in the Diary version of the albums. :D If you do that and watch all four teasers and trailers that led up to Guerrilla here, things will make lots more sense. If you don't plan on purchasing the Diary Ver, There's usually at least a few people who scan and upload the story content on places like twitter, so keep your eyes peeled ^^ From the teasers alone and reading the previous albums I understood this MV faaairly well but the Diary really clarifies it and fleshes things out.

Honestly I'm of the opinion that watching the Mvs should be enough to get at least the basics of the story they're going for correct. the "you have to buy albums/watch people's videos to understand the thing" was bothersome when I stanned BTS and now ATEEZ are doing it too. that's one thing I don't like in their current MVs. instead of being able to roughly piece together what is happening (SMN to Answer) nope. you have know everything Ateez does. Why can't people be like ONF or Dreamcatcher where tou have a story in the MVs and you either get a rough story or you can fill in the parts yourself

In the beginning of MV: "There is a disease in the heart of man. The disease is human emotion." It's a line from a dystopian movie "Equilibrium" and Ateez used the same sample line in their Rhythm Ta stage on Kingdom. Also the story is connected to that stage! If you want to understand the story of the MV, I recommend watching trailer 1 and 2 since they explain better. The old man is (I assume) "Left Eye" that was introduced in Fever albums' diary versions. If you are curious about the storyline, I recommend reading the diaries. Thanks for the reaction! 🧡

Both the old man and the boy at the end are new characters from Ateez's The World Movement trailer 1 & 2. The trailers basically explains the storyline of this era & help you understand Guerrilla's meaning & story more!

If you watch the trailer films for this song it explains the back story - very 1984/Equilibrium vibes ... dystopian future where music/art and anything that creates emotion is banned. Wise old man is the real leader of this revolution :)

Yes Guerilla warfare. Been two reactors I've that were like "why they spell Gorilla like that I wonder". Feels good that you get it. Aside from that, you got everythin spot on. Wake up the people.
