The other dancers in this are fromThe Lab, a dance crew out of LA. If I remember correctly they were also on stage with BTS for Dionysus at Rose Bowl. Sienna Lalau also choreographed J-Hope's Chicken Noodle Soup and Dionysus. While they aren't featured in the ON performances, BTS used the UCLA Bruins marching band for the recorded version.

I am always amazed when I watch the Idol dance practice. Just the amount of energy it requires is astonishing to me. On the other end of the spectrum, Spring Day has slower, more emotional dancing. (There are two dance practice versions -- make sure it's not the comical one, which is good for a laugh later on) :)

They seriously blow me away with how well they use floor space, BS&T is a really good example of it, like you said. Their spatial awareness is off the charts especially in songs like this and also songs like Spring Day as well. Even when they’re all doing completely different choreography it still feels like they are moving as a complete unit and that is amazing to me. Honestly I don’t consider ON to be their hardest choreography, one of their most high energy for sure, (right up there with Dionysus) but technically hardest, probably not. But that’s only my opinion, everyone will find different things harder and easier, it all depends on who is doing it after all.

The choreographer of this song is Sienna Lalau and she also choreographed for another song for BTS which is Dionysus I guess you would want to check it out too she has also choreographed for Jhope solo Chicken noodle soup for the back up dancers they were actually the crew formed by Sienna herself and they are called The Lab and they are all amazing dancers they have been the backup dancers for BTS on their performance of IDOL on the show Americans got talent, in jhope solo mv as well as their first stadium tour in America. I believe the one who choreographed 'ON' was Sienna Lalau, a dancer/choreographer of their own group called "The Lab" who also won the 2018 World of Dance competition. She's just 19 yrs old and she's a really amazing dancer! 😊 Fun fact: Arianna Grande posted on IG a picture of her with BTS and commented on how amazing the boys are with their performance(practice). This was what she was talking about.

This choreo was created by Sienna Lalau, a 19 years old dancer and choreographer from US. She also performs in this her self, their music video On Kinetic manifesto film starts with showing Sienna. And her dance crew The lab are rest of the dancers here. Did you notice that 2 members (Jungkook and Jimin) were barefoot, this is because they just finished practicing black swan.The fact that they can produce a performance like this right after a challenging choreo like Black Swan is a testiment to their natural and amazing abilities.

You should check out the Mic Drol dance practice for the Golden disk awards it has more dance breaks. Also the MAMA 2016 open of boy meets evil wil J-Hope and Jimin and MAMA 2019 the whole dionysus performance is one of the most amazing things I've ever watched. Oh also Save Me the stage or the MV, the MV is all one shot choreo MV and it's great. Not today dance practice is the one with all the people kinda marching in place but the way a group that big moves in sync is awesome
