5:02 "ni-ki's a great dancer, i think jungwon is a perfect match for him" EXACTLYYYY. omg you don't know how big my smile was when you said that!!! and the more you talked about how great their chemistry is and how they match each other so well, the more it made me even happier! they're sooo young but are both amazing and powerful dancers, with both of them having impeccable body control and insane stage presence, yet they're the type that doesn't overshadow the other. sure they have different dancing styles and one has a significantly longer experience in dancing than the other (ni-ki starting at 3 years old while jungwon wasn't really interested in dancing not until at some point, he discovered it and consequently found his innate talent on it), but they instead compliment each other so well. they have this astounding charisma and amazing synergy, i can't wait to see more of them, tbh. 10:18 thank you for talking about this!! actually, in the documentary for this, ni-ki also mentioned about jungwon's dance lines. he said that jungwon dances powerfully and that his dance lines are pretty! and there's really the thing about jungwon that when he dances, it's always insanely precise and like you said, he breaks the movements down. his body control is honestly very outstanding. and regardless of where he's placed, whether seen by the camera or not, he's always giving his all and he keeps that energy he has throughout a whole performance. and speaking of iland, personally, they're the two that i consider as the best in dancing and i honestly wished we saw them together in at least one unit as they were always against each other, especially on the representative unit test. so this mix and max really was an opportunity to see how well they match each other. and about ni-ki's drop, he said that it doesn't hurt but only a little 🤣 the documentary honestly gives you a look of how they practiced and more views/angles of certain parts like the one part near the end where ni-ki's at the front right after switching with jungwon (and in the documentary, you can see how sharp jungwon is, in which jungwon was kind of really hidden as it was shot infront) !!

I'm not a dancer or whatnot. But may I ask? I've watched the performance and the documentary of Ni-ki and Jungwon's Mix and Max, Ni-ki's solo part is actually better in the documentary than in the performance. Better in a way that you can see there how much of body control and excellent popping skills Ni-ki has. I don't know if it's because of how the camera works or the focus. I don't know. What's your thoughts on this? When I've watched the documentary all of Ni-ki's moves are seen. Btw. Thank you in advance for answering😊😊

though yes, a static camera would capture it better, i actually think it was the choice of clothing that was a bigger hinderance than the camerawork. if you notice in the docu, niki was able to extend his leg fully during the leg kick and his arms fully during the windmill, but in the outfit he's wearing, bc of the material probably and being scared of ripping it, he wasn't able to extend to the fullest, it's a shame because i agree, his execution in the practice version looked so amazing but he killed the official version as well!

just gonna add my take on this too and yeah, the clip from the documentary highlighted how sharp and precise his movements are. i wish we can have a full fancam of their full performance. studio choom's camerawork is nice but there were really some parts that i wished we could've seen a full view of them rather :(
