Yay finally TEN!! Thank you! 🥰 Ten is thai with Chinese descent. He learned gymnastics thus the fluidity. He knows not only contemporary but different types of dance. He also has that beautiful hand gestures and powerful stage presence. He’s a gem and thanks again for checking him out. He just released his latest solo station mv “Birthday”. Thank you so much for such a brilliant techinal analysis! A lot of comments already suggested his new song “birthday” but since the performance video or dance practice hasn’t been released yet I’d recommend his old dance videos such as new heroes dance practice, coco chanel, taki taki. He also featured in two dance programs one when he was a rookie and the other just earlier this year. The first one is called “hit the stage” ten was one of the contestants. The other one is called “great dance crew” ten was a mentor and team leader to a female dance crew. For both programs you can just search his name along with the program’s title, you’ll definitely get all of his performances on the shows. Looking forward to more videos on ten from you!

You should react to Ten and Winwin dancing to Lovely. They choreographed it themselves. You can see a lot of the various influences in their video. Winwin was trained in classical Chinese dance.

ten has had formal dance training-including fundamental ballet that he took during his schooling at "shrewsbury international" in bangkok. recently there was a gif of a zoom chat between several of his dance teachers from thailand making the rounds on twitter; they were reminiscing about teaching him when he was younger. also, the thai girl group "olives" mentioned crossing paths with him at MIFA dance school when he was 8 or 9 years old, and there are pre-debut videos on youtube of him with his dance teacher when he was 15. besides dance training, he's also a medal winning gymnast. at this point in his career he has 12+ years of dance training and experience (including the 3 years of training and 6 years of performance experience with sm entertainment) in the dance genres of: ballet, b-boying, hip-hop, tap, popping, locking, modern, lyrical, waacking, jazz, urban, theatrical, contemporary, and most recently, chinese traditional. he's truly gifted. thank you for your reaction and input on ten as a dancer. i look forward to your future analysis. ♥

I told ya. 😀 He is so good. He is Chittaphon Lechaiyapornkul aka TEN and he is from Thailand. He is flexible. Yes he was a gymnnast. Now a member of WayV sub group of NCT. I don't believe he ever had a 'formal' dance education. He has done dance covers of popular songs (Taki Taki, Lovely) and he participated in a Korean Hit the Stage dance competition a while back. Try the 'New Heroes' dance practice and MV. Also a chinese dance comp YOUKU as a judge but also danced (trad chinese fused with modern). I'm about to watch his new MV, dropped today. He's done alot and sorry I don't have time to provide all the links. He is so fluid and his arms and hands......

So happy to see my favorite Choreographer/Dancer/KZbinrs react to one of my favorite male dancers! I would *love* to get your thoughts on one of his dance performances "[Hit The Stage] NCT Ten becoming the devil, Devils Match 20160727 EP.01". There's a dance practice, but I personally like the live performance listed here better. Also, Ten did amazing in NCT U "90s Love" dance practice. I think you'd really like that one.

He was actually a b-boy back in the day, currently, he still does some tricks but not as hard and not as much as he did back then 'coz he had a knee surgery around 2017 I think.
