The striped fabric reminds me of the ticking they used to make pillows with then stuffed with feathers. thrift stores aren't so thrifty on some things like they used to be. Still good haul.

Thrift stores have gotten SO EXPENSIVE. Especially Goodwill. It’s crazy because the bulk of their stock comes from donations. FREE. There is a Goodwill bin store not too far from me and that is the only place that has good deals. Forget the regular Goodwill stores.

I grew up in your area..or I should say Danville and we did come to Champaign area for the night life back in the 70s...I am living about an hour away from Danville now in Indiana..just happen to come across your channel isnt that weird..

I was born in Danville and I still go there twice a week. It's sure not like it used to be when I was growing up in the 60s and 70s but it still holds a soft spot in my heart. I actually live in Hoopeston just work in Champaign.
