So inspired by this topic and so excited that S&V have lectured about this vital component of dance . The power of stillness. So many even top dancers don't well enough understand or place too little value on how these moments of stillness before impact transcend dance to a whole other level for both the dancer and viewer. I love these two and what Salvo speaks about in this lesson and they demonstrate is what make audiences engage and invest deeply in their performances and what makes their dancing so real, emotionally honest and characteristically authentic. For me this is where the true beauty of dance lies so thank you Salvo, Vik and dance today so much for bringing this to the dancesport community. Invaluable insight.
