The last part is what I call a "syncopated chasse (quick-and-quick) scatter hop...into a 4-quick running hop (all of them in Promenade Position)...an advanced version of the usual 4-Quick Run."

Yes, the quick-and-quick isn't really doable in real time as two semiquavers and a quaver (and they don't do it themselves). Instead, I find it can best be executed as a quaver triplet.
