Afternoon... My Mom has had this as a houseplant for 45 years, and it has never blossomed. Any idea why this might be?

hello 😊🪴…very strange ideally this plant will bloom in spring or summer or when the environment is warm as they are winter dormant …probably you can use some liquid fertiliser…that might help to bloom …same for me I usually don’t add any fertiliser and I haven’t seen any blooms yet it’s been couple of years now …they usually get small yellow flowers
