Enjoyed watching this. The best horse i've seen and backed him ante post for the guineas as well as the Derby, King George and Arc. I noticed Albert Finney mentioned that Greville was injured and Pat took the ride, I'm sure it was more to do with Greville getting him beat in the Derby. Pat was a class rider and Greville wasn't injured for the Arc but Khalid Abdullah wanted the best rider on board.

Grevill wasn't injured, that's the story put out of course BUT Grevill was riding ( Can't remember the meeting) 2 days after the King George. Oh sorry he might have been an extraordinary quick healer which is possible BUT Guy Harwood didn't want to embarrass his stable jockey. Guy, Harwood, Sheikh Muhammed & Grevill Starkey himself knows Dancing Brave should've/would've won the Derby if Grevill started moving him up & on outside just before they turned into the home straight knowing Sharastani is running at the front. But Grevill just passing the 3 Furlong Pole pulls him out & runs into the horse just in front of him so had to take a pull to get him straight and at that point Sharastani hits the front & kicks for home, Dancing Brave is NEVER making up that 10-12L he's gave Sharastani & losing by a half length showed he'd have won IF Pat Eddery was on him or Grevill rode him properly. Pat Eddery 1st rode him in the King George & same distance as the Derby, look what he did to Sharastani & also the same in the Arc. The great DANCING BRAVE should've retired UNBEATEN. To do what Dancing Brave did to a field of 18 G1 between them & 4 Derby winners, Gary Moore saying how confident he was that Bering would win ( OOPS) & Dancing Brave made them look like a feild of G2 horses Pat had that won half a Furlong out, he embarrassed them. We all have our opinion of who the best was BUT he will always be my Favourite, backed him in all his races bar his maiden. R.I.P CHAMP🙏

I note you said "Dancing Brave could boast a unique profile, capable of winning the 2,000 Guineas and Sussex Stakes over a mile. DB didn't run in or win the G1 Sussex stakes...he won the select stakes at Goodwood G3. Easily done I know and could be a typo but is incorrect.
