This is one of my favourite pom pom routine. Although its the same routine, every girl was enjoying themselves and majority of the squad was performing, That Made me HappY. This spark is what the new pom pom routine is lacking in....SPARK, RADIANCE & EXCITEMENT

I want my daughter to do gymnastics and dance but what age do you start them and I don't want anything stressful for my baby just fun but will aid her in the future. She is 1.

A lot of gymnastics studios offer kiddie classes. The kids get use to tumbling/rolling, using the foam rollers and balancing and using the pits that they fall into. My little sister started around 2 or 3 with these classes and still going at age 10.
