So emotive odishi songs are. God jagannath wants us to connect to him by heart. We give him pain by forgetting him but he never forgets us. This video made me remember how my grandfather used to worship jagannath everyday early morning everyday. I as a kid never took devotion seriously. After so many decades now I realise that Jagannath was always there for us at our home but we never paid importance to bhakti. Hare krishna!!

Odisi dance really inspires me a lot and I try to learn on my own but I know that it is impossible without a guru , but now I am at a juncture of my life where I think it is not quite possible, but in my next birth I pray to take birth in this country again as an Odisi dancer , jay gobinda
