Peta please don’t be upset with Maks, his honesty is refreshing! It’s about time somebody has said the truth about her. She has not shown in anyway whatsoever that she’s changed, she hasn’t even admitted to all the things she has done, and she’s still playing the system trying to get asylum when she’s being deported back to Germany not Russia. She has a attitude that she’s better than everybody. And when she made that rude comment about never wanting to do that dance again that was a slap in the face to Ezra. So you can add rudeness to her list of bad qualities. She needs to go!

Maks is so honest- it’s so refreshing. I personally benefit from a teacher like him than other types, because having his approval would mean that much more. I wish the other judges were as honest as him- reminds me of how Len was ❤

I do too! I need 2 shows a year 🙏 But this gives the pros some much needed free time. I think my favorite dance of the night was Dani & Dwight - LOVED IT! I really liked & enjoyed Rylee and Stephen because of STEPHEN. I'm not a big Rylee fan tbh, I feel like she gets a lot of favoritism because of being Lindsay's sister. I just want to say that I'm so impressed with Stephen. Jenn Tran and Sasha have so much potential Joey Graziadei & Jen's performance was wonderful, he's got so much personality Reggie and Anna can go imo I'm glad you two are doing these videos 😊

Just watched this recap and SO appreciate Maks & Peta. And thank you, Maks, for what you said about having Anna on the show!!! I’m 66 years old and do NOT understand why the producers would have her on. I feel it makes a mockery of our judicial system, especially the way they “played” on her ankle monitor. I sincerely hope she is voting off this week.

THANK YOU MAKS!!! finally someone from the show that is being honest about Anna! Totally agree with you. There’s plenty of other controversial people that they could choose. She came to the US and like you said lied, stole and cheated and was convicted of it, was sentenced to 4 to 10 years and only did 4 and was suppose to be extradited back to Germany. So she overstayed her visa and her lawyer is keeping her case in the courts. Who’s paying for that? We are! Taxpayers. She didn’t look like she enjoyed it because she can’t move her face with all the work she’s had done on stolen money. And she has a superiority attitude. Look at old pictures of her, she doesn’t look like the same person at all. DWTS sunk to a terrible low by having her on the show! They did this either last year or the year before when they had a football player I think it was that was accused and convicted of domestic violence. Sharna spoke out about him. I think it was last year. Thank you for your honesty Maks! And can you believe they introduced her as an entrepreneur on the show! Should’ve been introduced as a liar like you said!

I don’t think it’s your age, regarding Anna. I find it extremely frustrating watching her. I think her ~I don’t care~ attitude is a defense mechanism, but nonetheless it’s sucky for Ezra to have to be with someone his first season who portrays being miserable to be there. I think the show was going for that shock factor/more people tuning in, but I think they are ultimately giving Ezra a really difficult and unenjoyable first season. Moving forward, they should only cast people who outwardly want to be there.

One of the great honors of my life was competing alongside ppl taught by Tony, Jonathan and others from the good old days, and I saw you and Val long ago and it was amazing!!! Maks is 100% right abut Anna...I was watching dwts with my 11 year old granddaughter........and I had to explain the ankle monitor to her....not good. Very poor decision making in having her on the show.

Maks is speaking from experience Season 5- Mel B. was the best dancer, she delievered weeks after weeks but she lost to Helio because he was so likeable (same with Mya with Donny in s9 or Katherine with Donald in s14). Shawn Johnson dominated All Stars but she lost to Melissa Rycroft because Tony and her underdog’s story
