Poetry reflects the rights of religion in experience, practice, understanding, and preaching it. Translation needs to be correct, but even issues with some still allow the spread of spiritual science. Consideration of the continuing interpretation of traditions makes one ever the more realize that their is one underlying path to be on. When we get it, sacred scriptures and art for it sing to us personally.

Allah’s pleasure is in listening to voices of his slaves calling him and longing for him. No love comes close to the love of Allah ﷻ no one tasted love in it’s true form unless they have tasted the love of Allah It’s intoxicating. Prophet David lived for 100 yrs on earth his age was meant to be 60 yrs but his father Adam gave him 40 yrs from his 1000 yrs That’s why Adam is 960 yrs and David is 100 yrs Many many secrets May Allah teach us. Beautiful analogy how you said Quran spoke to you, those are words from other realities and they shine thru for those people who Allah allows them to see.

Brother, Imrithy created an everlasting poetry to teach Arabic grammar. Very useful. Al Ghazali sometimes explains the intensity of feelings and factual points beautifully with poetry. Which makes his difficult books not boring. Rasulullah pbuh is greeted at Madinah with poems. Quran Surah As Syu'ara talks about the differences between evil & pious poet. It all depends on the intention.
