I don’t know what your specific issues are and you don’t have to tell me, but I’m going to give you some unsolicited advice. I have Crohn’s disease. I have the second most severe case that has been seen in the US. (According to the Mayo Clinic). I make homemade pickle juice and drink at least 8oz a day. (Usually more, but I can’t absorb the sodium, so that isn’t a problem for me) I make it with white vinegar, water, a small amount of sugar (to tone down the acid) and Mrs. Wages kosher dill pickling mix. The vinegar, dill and turmeric are natural anti-inflammatory ingredients. And they also cut gas and bloating associated with digestive diseases and syndromes. I use the bag mix and make 2 1/2 gals at a time. I haven’t had any flares in 6 years...since I started drinking the pickle juice regularly. Yes, I still lose my appetite at times and I still get super hungry after not being able to eat. But that is another problem that isn’t just due to the inflammation and pain. As I’m sure you understand. Even when I cannot eat, I drink the pickle juice. If I get a narrowing and everything stops moving, drinking 8oz of pickle juice works immediately!! You may not care about this advice, but I wanted to share it with you anyway as I’ve suffered this “silent and deadly” illness with all of its side effects for 30 years. Even to the point of having my entire large intestine removed and am left with only 100cm of small intestine. If I’d known about the pickle juice years ago I truly believe it wouldn’t have gone this far. Good luck to you and I hope you get feeling better soon!!! Much love and kindness to you!!!! ✌🏻🥰😊

Just a headsup guys, microwave foods are really popular in america but in japan alot of supermarkets, stores etc. have premade meals that are usually made fresh in advance the morning or day before. they also have a really nice street food culture there since alot of commuting is done by walking/cycling! I only say this because frozen meals are not the main focus of japanese culture as much as they are in america, so it's not the best idea to judge their foods on that :)
