As a Brit, I laughed aloud at seeing M&S brands, as its a British chain of shops, and they're known for selling luxury goods that are usually twice the price as a regular shop. I currently live in China, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an M&S in Shanghai. Lovely fact to learn that they're in Singapore too! Thanks for another great video!

Don't boil ready to eat soups. It breaks down the ingredients which are already cooked. You just need to gently warm it to just boiling point. You can see in the video the chowder just starting split, and that's because it brought to a rapid rolling boil.

There are a few different producers internationally so you need to be careful with the country of origin. China is the main producer and uses a forced farming technique. Japanese unagi is either naturally caught or farmed using a seeding technique that ensures the eels lead a natural life before returning to spawn. All said though. I don't think it is anything special. It is a protean with an inflated price with little cost/value benefit.
