​@@karishmadesai1408 they did have a professional Indian dancer come in to try to help them but they both really struggled to learn the steps/movements properly in a week's time. They hadn't even gotten the choreo together two days before this performance so this was them trying to pull off a Hail Mary.

I don't think they got along. Maybe that impacted style choices. He seemed to want things flashy even when they didn't need to be.

Well a few months ago (in July), he posted an instagram throwback photo of them dancing this season. Peta also wrote a comment on the photo saying "great memories" and that she misses sharing the stage with him. Whenever he posts a throwback DWTS photo on his social media, he posts photos from both seasons he was on. He doesn't seem to favor one season or partner over the other. It seems he has fond memories of both seasons and has special bonds with both Cheryl and Peta.
