so good to see you back on the board dan. i've said it before here and i'll say it again; correct diet, whole foods, no processed foods or added sugars, no heat treated seed oils, maybe keto or intermittent fasting, will totally change your health story in a very short time, like weeks or months. you'll be surprised at just how many health problems seem to kind of disappear.

Always been a huge fan of Mogely... My favorite session of Mogz is when he was shredding like a maniac doing mad tricks over that car in the braille house when Jaws was there for some special occasion. I'd you know you know. He deserves greatness...keep killing it Mogely, nothing but love....keep your head up Dan sending prayers to your moma 🙏 ❤

If they have the tech to bend the board along the concave to bump out the bottom about half of a 1 inch vertical cylinder on each side. Sort of built in deck rails. Something like that would be very interesting to try. ❤

I have family members with Lyme, and I have a lot of autoimmune issues myself. I know Lyme isn’t an autoimmune disease but manifests as such symptomatically and with a lot of the mechanisms it affects. At the risk of sounding like a loony, the most relief from my issues that has also worked wonders with my family members with Lyme, was committing fully to either a high fat ketogenic diet or even carnivore. As ridiculous as it may seem. We’ve seen inflammatory markers drop to optimal levels for people without any autoimmune issues at all and many of the symptoms either improved or went into full remission. Hoping you get this message and can give it a try. Do your research so you’re not just bored with food you’re eating, and give it a shot for 90 days. Could be a game changer for you in regards to fatigue and panic attacks as well. Wishing you the best dude.

One thing that helped me with Anxiety, was asking myself OUT LOUD.."Is this Real??". When the anxiety creeps up, just ask yourself IS THIS REAL? (not the feeling itself, but whatever is going on in your head (the trigger). Because things can easily spiral into "the world is ending", when in reality THAT'S NOT REAL!. So that simple reflection of... "is what i'm tripping on, really happening or going to happen? Or is my mind playing tricks on me?" 90% of the time its the MIND only.SO asking that question out loud will challenge your subconscious mind almost instantly, and will most times allow you a brief moment to self-regulate your emotions. This helped me years ago during therapy. Maybe it'll help you.🤷🏾♂...Keep shredding and uploading (as long as its healthy for you to do so)🫡🫡🏆

Dan, with all do respect, I think you're pro grade. In football, there are a number of different positions that highlight various individual skill sets. A punter can do what a running back cannot and vise versa. While you might not be skating big rails, gaps, etc... Your skill on a board is bonkers. I view @rollsurfer in the same way. Unique, talented, and super fun to watch.

The shorter wheelbase appeals to me more and looking forward to seeing you try that out. I tend to agree with Ben Degros about shorter wheelbase equaling to quicker response times to engage pop. Also motivates me to try a board with a slightly flatter than normal nose/tail. Probably a happy medium there as I wouldn't want to overdo that. The only thing I feel would throw me off with your current deck is the optical illusion of the nose looking wider than the board. Definitely understand the functional motivation there but I have a tough time with seeing something that looks "wrong" with a board. Can't have color on griptape, or wheels, and must have to have a thin line in the grip toward the back of the board to know which side is which. It mess with my ability to skate that board well, some things just give me the ick. I'm old though so I was indoctrinated into specific skating norms.

'Do you want to watch?' "Damn, Deville on his Louis C.K. shit" Dan you are seriously just naturally funny, half the reason I enjoy your videos so much.
@TheGreatKrystoff16 сағат бұрын
Dan you should definitely get a smartwatch or fitbit or some sort of device that can track your heartrate so you can know for sure when it's getting into the danger zone, and track how your endurance does over time re: the lyme disease management. Having quantitative hard data about your body can really help short-circuit some panic attacks too (sometimes, in my experience) because it's a source of information from outside your head and how you're feeling. Your skating still looks good as hell even if you're getting winded faster!

3:10 being a leukemia survivor they had a method of operation, which was Leach the bad blood and introduce platelets to make good blood. It seems like Lyme disease might be combated with the same behavior? I’m not sure. It seems like the ticks carry a bacteria that affects your blood production. Intern, you don’t have oxygenated cells and you are unable to keep your stamina . Anyways, always appreciate you, Dan and super motivating. Keep up your good work thank you.

Not a fan of the mic’d up in this context. It’s cool when you’re out in a skate park and someone is filming you from far away among chaos, but I feel like it doesn’t really add anything to you skating one on one with a filmer, and it makes it so they are less a part of the conversation which I enjoy hearing the filmers talk. Just throwing my two cents.

Glad to hear you're finding ways to possibly help manage your disease. This isn't a serious concern since you seem like a smart dude and also have actual doctors in the mix, but I really have to stress that nothing Chat GPT says should be taken at face value. It's not intelligent and doesn't know what it's saying, it just spits out words that look like they could be in an order people might put words in. No harm in using it to get ideas for what might be worth looking into, but definitely double check absolutely everything with an actual source.
@twinskata8615 сағат бұрын
Dude we love the mic’d up stuff but I can’t imagine talking while you’re rolling up and inbetween tricks in anyway helps you when you’re already struggling with energy so much! Hey man, as a medical student whos going through panic attacks, I cant imagine what its like when you have other health conditions that can freak your mind out even more. Have you ever tried SSRI's? It can definitely help keep your anxiety at bay, and even try propranolol. Its mainly used for performance anxiety, but I find its really good for taking away fear of heartrate and arrhythmia since it lowers your heartrate and chills you out. Helps me a lot when I feel like I'm going through a panic attack. Hope you feel better though bro

Hi Dan. I have put some thought into my opinion. There is clearly a nose and tail on the board. I think if you are truly going for symmetrical then the tail and nose must look the same. I know you have a specific reason for the shape of the nose and tail, but I think it would look cooler if you were able to merge them together so you can get what you want out both sides. Work to create a hybrid so you get what you want out of both on both ends of the board. Right now the shape looks a lot like a WKND deck. Not that is bad but I think the deck should also represent your uniqueness.
