I remember months ago realizing Zach wasn’t pro as someone new to the skate scene and it opened my eyes to the odd politics behind the skate industry..it pays to go exactly w whatever is trending and Zach just cares about the actual art of skating! Dude is so dialed in, me watching him helped me understand two of my few tricks I got on lock lls w that being said Big skate brands and Mags need to put more spot light on skill and less on trendiness (part of the reason Nyjah wasn’t SOTY).

Dan: the thing I like about your videos is you say the name of the trick and point out the technical difference of the tricks.... it's pretty impressive and informative. Skate video of any sort are fun to watch, but enjoy the balance of comentary, education, and fun in watching your videos. Keep it up! I found Zach via your channel. STarted following him and Ray almost immediately. Then I heard Skateline say Zach has one of the prettiest kickflips in the world. Then I saw him compete (and win) an entrance to BATB. So he obviously is building "the hype". But more then that, I just supremely love watching the dude skate. Its clear this is what he loves and he has a ridiculous amount of talent. The only thing stopping him, IMO, from going out demoing and doing competitions with the pros (I do think that would be his most successful lane) is his confidence.

Zach is one of my favorite skaters to watch. Consistent and really good style, in my opinion. Other skaters hit bigger obstacles more often, but the way Zach can dominate a skatepark is impressive. And he has hit big obstacles, too. I just prefer watching when he goes full beast mode in a skatepark. Everywhere in the park, stomping every trick, yes please.
