My life is so much easier since I started applying these rules/tools. And I apply them to even the most uninteresting aspects of life. For instance: I hated cleaning and cooking etc. I guess you know what I mean... whatever you dislike in life... Now, apply these rules, from now onwards, and see what happens... For instance: my kitchen looks super clean now, day in day out, it's less effort, my meals are healthier and tastier... I feel energized and it feels like I have more time! THANKS, DANDAPANI! I was lowest in my life when I was 32 - job loss, loved one left with kid, drained out of money, energy and emotions. It took me 2yrs to introspect myself. Something beautiful formed during those 2yrs as I had nothing more to lose but my life. I stopped doing anything for myself anymore and started to live for others, started helping everyone I could. I am in bliss every minute from then.

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

This is the kind of videos I want to keep watching. My purpose in life is to re program myself the right way. Practice awareness until it becomes natural in me. To live in the present moment so I can feel I have the control of my emotions and redirect negative energy into positive. Be at peace. Stay calm. Live free of anxiety and acquire knowledge to be able to help others whom have experienced emotional problems like I have. Wealth, material things are not part of purpose in life. Most of the self help books are trying to teach what Dandapani is teaching, the difference is that D. teachings are practical and easy to understand. I am happy to know the worth of my mind and how I can use concentration and willpower to manifest my goals while living in joy and knowing that life is finite. Some days I’m disappointed in myself by the fact I did not apply the tools in my day! Concentrating is not easy! Yet, I will remain practicing !

I've been meditating since I was around twelve years old. Through that time, I never really understood the mind this way. I was practicing pure focus by first imagining a basic shape, then applying a certain color to it, then, I would slowly trace a line around the inside of the perimeter of that shape; spiraling towards its center, then back outward towards its outline, all while keeping the shape in my mind the same color. It's a challenge to complete the process without loosing focus on the shape, or color, or where you are with the line in the shape.

By the phrase, "focusing on one thing at a time"I believe wat u r trying to explain is to be in the present moment. its just different way of saying the same thing. If u really go deep into this, the point ws never to control ur mind or awareness. But to be aware itself ! Focusing on one thing does not really mean u r aware of it. By the time u find out u wer distracted cud be after 5 mins or one hour. This goes back to the question , how to be aware in the first place - not how to focus. only wen u r in the very present moment will u be aware of the fact tht u r actually focusing on tht thing right now and wen u get distracted u will be aware right away. the observer who observes ur thoughts u That is.

I find this most interesting. At nearly 60 and retired, my entire professional life was spent learning to "multi-task". Unfortunately, this came at the expense of sharing quality focused time with people I loved and cared about. Those activities that I enjoyed, were constantly interrupted and distractions were constant. While "Attention to Detail" was preached as a credo, it truly was never exercised as I always found myself attempting to place 70 minutes of tasks into 60 minutes. How wonderfully fulfilled events unfold if we focus our attention on the people and task at hand, rather than having those events cluttered with the noise of the "wonder" of what's next while engaged within these events. I reflect and wonder how more fulfilled, how much more rewarding these events could have been if I applied undivided focused attention to these people and events. I must apologize to those I failed, who needed and required that focused attention. I want to enjoy and cherish activities and relationships during what time I have left. I was wired incorrectly and now understand the "why".

Every video of Mr. Dandapani is wonderful. Life-changing and helpful indeed. Three ways to develop your willpower. 1. Finish what you begin. 2. Finish well beyond your expectations. 3. Do a little bit more than you think you are able to do. Thanks, Mr. Dandapani and Motivation Madness.

I really like how he always mentioned Nikola Tesla in his conference and interviews.

Nikola definitely had a deep understanding of energy, more so than any electrician I've ever met. He understood it on a transcended level.

This video has been incredible for me and not only is it helping me in my life and finding my purpose but it's also made me realize that at times I have been an energy vampire. That has completely changed. I have also used your method of dealing with energy vampires. I do not say what I don't mean and I am conciously being affectionately detached. It seems very true that misery loves company. I've lost many people in my life because they are miserable and want to spread that. Thank you so much for this video (which I listen and watch often)

I am very codependent. I think I am... was an energy vampire. I have been working on raising my vibrations and monitoring my own thoughts. It's been been a beautiful change in life! Every day I focus on this "making the world more beautiful and happy". It is not easy I got busy and stressed and found myself not focusing and falling back to my old thought process. Keep working and moving forward friends. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and God bless.

I wasn't looking for this video, or the lessons (or practices) that I learned, but I am so glad I took the time (a precious commodity) to watch the entire video. I took 3 pages of notes (and quotes) in my Journal, and experienced several POPs (points of passion) that I am sure will have a profound impact on my life. I also intend to take the 5 week course (if it is still available) to further educate myself on these teachings, and better understand my mind. Thank you Dandapani for sharing...so I don't have to become a Monk to benefit from these teachings.

Make no mistake YOU are the one perceiving someone as energy vampire. The other one might have lost a loved one and would just be happy to talk or even likes you and is excited to see you. Wishing them a wonderful day leaving them behind is STILL hurtful. You just did it politely. Isn't it wonderful when someone's eyes light up when u walk into the room? We all know when we treated ppl badly for no reason who were hanging on our every word and enjoyed our company. Once they withdraw you will feel bad about your actions by polite lying... We should be grateful instead. Someone wants to spend time with us is a wonderful thing. These days: We ignore those who adore us Adore those who hurt us Hurt those who love us and Love those who ignore us. Silly really.. xx
