Controlling your compassion is like saying controlling your love. Being lovely is a way to be. You can control to way you act, the way you decide to respond or not to people, but to be compassionated is pure love, is a way of being. The ability to respond to life is limitless, the ability to act is limited.

I share the same view. I don't think we can control our compassion. We can only control the the way we express our compassion.

I needed to hear this. At times I try to be all things to everyone that needs me and it leaves me depleted and exhausted.

Being all things to everyone made me have a breakdown. Exhaustion leads to self destruction.

For years ive been focus on my family i rarely have friends to interact with then realized after being with your teaching and tools of practice i realized im was doing the right thing wirh out realizing it investing my energy and time with my family and close relatives and realized not having alot of friends and just keeping intouch with the most closest friends we got is actually a good thing😅

Concentration just takes practice. Meditate on an affirmation for 10 min. That will help you concentrate. Or focus on your breathing in and out for 10 minutes.

Look at Gaur Gopal Das, and Mukunda Das. They already have got millions of subscribers, and you ? Why are you laging behind ?
