How did you come across this jam? Also, how long will it last doing it this way and not using a canner? One tip: You can freeze your lemons and put them in hot water when you want to use them. They thaw in less than 10 minutes. If you want zest...zest first and freeze separately.

I found a recipe on it and it lasts up to 6 months.
