The Juxtaposition of the sensual message of the Lyrics of "MOONLIGHT" and that of the serious faces, Quirky and off-the -wall Choreography was INTENTIONAL, of course. This song is along the theme of "I WANT YOU" but SB19 also did the MV, differently. Creative Director, JUSTIN wanted the Focus to be on the "weird" the Synchronized Dance Moves, the dance beat and the amazing Blockings rather than on the Lyrics of the song. We all understand what the Lyrics mean but SB19 needs to keep everything "clean" for younger audiences and for their own Name. While Jay Joseph Roncesvalles is the choreographer/ videographer of this. He also choreographed Gento, I Want You & Crimzone . The dance may simple and fun, but choreographers claim it's difficult to execute. It focuses more on the fundamentals of synchronization, tutting, and popping. You should see the single-shot dancing practice video, which features a routine that is ideal for a 360-degree moving stage. You will be able to appreciate the dance's complexity because there are no cuts, allowing you to witness the entire set of dance moves and their cleanly executed formations. Though the lyrics are sensual, I think the dance fits because it was originally intended for music festivals. Additionally, there have been rumors circulating that SB19 started performing in local festivals because they needed to fulfill a criterion in order to perform at Coachella. Furthermore, it seems likely that Ian Asher's previous Coachella performance is what led to this collaboration.

Love this collaboration, Ian Asher and Terry Zhong are international DJs and producers, mixing and mastering is made by Serge Courtois who is a Grammy Winner, this is exciting coz now SB19 is working with world class individuals, Justin is the creative director who did a good job considering the lyrics are sensual he was able to make it PG MV for the younger audience, watch the behind the scenes and the making of this MV and listen to what Justin said about how he approached the MV. Justin is the creative director and he said the lyrics are sensual so he wanted to do the opposite like weird and fun. Which I think if you base on the beats fits perfect. Like even the most serious person got their fun side when under the moonlight. I actually love the choreo and MV. I just love SB19 💙. They are always full of surprises. They're IN a swimming pool that is full, so they can't open their mouths and/or sing. This is meant to be weird, so they all kept solid, straight faces. No smiling. Some weird, but really good, dance moves thrown in. Justin did most of this planning, and I think he is VERY talented in this area. Glad you're back and doing better!

If you can observe, they're seems to be underwater or under a pool and the moon is the moonlight's reflection. So the whole concept is like a synchronized swimming. You can't move normally or talk when you're underwater. 🤧

It was Justin's idea....it's like doing what you do in the moonlight, and then an eggcell was formed, and later a baby was born and it is a boy, which is Pablo there... lol. It was interpreted by one blogger here and it made sense. Justine really has a great creative mind.

Stell and Justin mentioned the planning for the production is about less than a week and execution of their choreography was 3 days. Justin's the creative director and choreographer coach Jay was also the one behind Gento's dance with his team Skouts under 1Z ent. They never fail to give us something diff and something to look forward to, breaking and deviating from the norm, crossing over boundaries from the comfort zone of an artists. From the aesthetic of the mv, their suit and specs, unusual, quirky and unique dance moves while in a poker face giving this a bit sensual edm song a twist with their choreography which made the whole production pretty much more interesting. Also, whoever the cam focused on it's the one who's vocals too. Synchronization is always on point, just commonly nailing it. They always always deliver, that's their trademark that's SB19! What I get from this is that they are in the swimming pool doing what is called synchronized dancing in the pool notice the water on top and the tiled floor and walls. Then, their mouths are closed or they will drown and they are wearing eye glasses which would be googles. Also the dance forms and movements are like the formation in synchronized dance. The video’s production and creative design is by Justin . He said he wanted to “ inject fun and quirkiness to a song that is sensual, serious and has a lot of emotions. “ He directed it and the choreography was done by the same choreographer who did Gento dance. You can notice that they have no emotions or facial expressions , black hair, corporate outfits and eyeglasses to evoke seriousness which Justin wanted to portray in the video.

We were all taken aback, confused as to what was going on in the MV! The contrast between the sensual lyrics and the stiff outfits, stoic faces, and quirky, awkward dance moves was so stark, it's hilarious! Yeah, they are under water water that why they are not singing nor smiling (straight face) because they are holding their breaths. Their eyeglasses (sponsored by Ideal Vision) represents as the goggles and the choreography seemed goofy or weird because they are dancing a synchronized swimming movements in a pool.
