I know a lot of people don’t consider this, but the person in the video could be watching comments or someone with the same issue could be looking to know if others are like them. I have psoreasis in my scalp, so this is very familiar to what I've dealt with all my life. I don't know if you have this available where you live, but here in Denmark you can get special shampoos ordinated by the doctor that has tar in it and will basically do a deep cleaning of your scalp. It does take a few washes but it literally strips the flakes and dandruff. When you're done with it, you just wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner like normal. Ofc it doesn't cure it, but it does give you and your scalp a chance to recover just a bit.

Betnovate-N cream heals me.
@dangerbirb49812 жыл бұрын
You should be careful with tar treatments. Yes they do retard the growth of flakes but it's also carcinogenic. Don't use it too often. If you just want to treat the symptoms a better way is to use salicylic acid. Otherwise people go on steroid treatments or, if it's really bad, something like Humira can completely clear it. But Humira is an immune suppressant so there's side effects with that too. Sunlight is supposed to help. Diet (avoiding food coloring for some reason) really helps mine. Don't believe those people saying that going vegan or whatever will cure you. This is not about poor health, it's an overreaction of your immune system causing your skin cells to grow 7x faster than normal.
@omnomnom12 жыл бұрын
@@dangerbirb4981 thank you but as you can tell, we don't live in the same country, so we don't have the same products available. I see an effect in the tar shampoo, which is used maybe once every month or so depending on how bad it is. The sun might help, but you're also at increased risk of skin cancer with psoreasis. So.... tar vs sun? I think it's the same basically in terms of how much it exposes you to cancer. I never mentioned diet, so I don't know why you included that :) And thank you for educating me on a disease I've had since birth. I know what it is and what it does. 👌
