Also, in Teagen's and Astro's conversation Teagen says something like "Are you still talking to... Him? " this 'Him' most likely being dandy. And Astro said he basically WAS and teagen said something on how He was bad for astro. So what im trying to say is that Teagen might have caught on to Dandy's plan and wants Astro to be safe from it. Which, in my opinion, makes sense because shes basically a mother figure towards a LOT of toons. Thanks for reading this!

fun fact: dandy wasn’t pure evil. he was grey. so he was evil and good but really… it wasn’t his fault it was delilah’s fault since people hate on dandy so much. once you know the lore you will kinda feel bad for him. and some other things when you don’t buy from his shop for a long time he will say stuff like “friend?..” and “was it something i said?” and this other thing when you buy flutter he says “i wonder what it’s like to be free”

Also the reason why Dandy is friends with Astro most closely, is because there was a photo where Dandy and Astro were sitting in a gardenview center when it wasn't finished yet, looking in the stars. I personally thing Dandy and Astro could somehow work in this together.

my friend has a theory that it wasn’t dandy’s fault. 9:08 you see that dandy’s frame is tilted. dandy sells toon licenses for ichor because he maybe wants to experiment with it to find the cure. the reason why he can change back from twisted form to normal form may be because he’s the star of the show, and people might notice him if he goes missing. if you look clearly, pebbles, dandy’s pet does not have ichor leaking out of his body. some theories say that this is because pebbles was dandy’s pet so he handled him with care unlike other twisteds. 8:52 here you see that dandy’s “the one who runs the ichor operation. it’s all his fault” the description might be trying to throw us off as they normally wouldn’t give us such a clear answer. so back to twisted pebbles not having leaking ichor from his body, i conclude that somebody might be trying to frame dandy. but this is only a theory, please do not eat me.

i think that it’s dandy writing the descriptions since he’s of course “the star of the show” and there’s a theory that when dandy doesn’t get tapes he turns twisted from being insane that he can’t see his friends being normal again on the shows episode tapes, so my theory is that he may not be entirely evil and is being forced but he’s writing the descriptions to warn the person as well as feeling guilty when he has to write his own which is why it’s the shortest and he’s sort of just shaming himself and feeling guilty because of the deaths of his friends

Dandy isnt the villain, as you can see, hes the one who was running the I.C.H.O.R operation, and probably, he forgot about his own "operation" and just let it slide in anyway, in the gathering of other theories " astro is terrified of dandy " no. astro is worried about dandy's mental health, since astro know how dandy acts and behind his smiles, astro knows that hes not ok or whatever the " ichor capsules " issue is, dandy was running an operation and left it a long time ago, so probably dandy formed so much ichor that it eventually broke several machines which was an issue for some toons. causing the twisteds while we gather in our runs. other theories: No. dandy want the tapes because its an code for each episode, and its not meant for him to eat them. or whatever dandy gets mad when you dont give him tapes, which is something we all know, but why dandy gets mad? in each episode, we can see not all the toons appear in there, while dandy is never in any episode. only in the posters/background of the episode and aswell hes the one who just want to see everyone ok in episodes. not seeing them as twisteds. ", dandy dosent abuse them, the I.C.H.O.R operation broke several piece of machines, making it disappear and run around the map, causing toons to turn into the twisteds we see while gathering around the map, the only mistake dandy did was leave that operation without vanishing the mess he did first. Twisted Astro: Astro steals progress from a machine when failing skillcheck is because he feels guilty, so the ichor in a twisted's brain manipulates the toon and makes them addicted Twisted Pebble: Pebble actually bit one of those functional codename capsules because he throught it was a toy. Twisted pebble barks and growls at us because the same issue in a twisted's brain controls their body fully and they just watch in despair and guilty, the only thing a twisted can control normally is the eyes, hearing and talking, so twisted pebble is basically scared. but half of his brain just wanna snatch our lives Twisted Shelly: Shelly was forgotten by the children around her. not the toons, because all the kids drew mains with their names but one kid saw shelly and drew her. but forgot her name and wrote " i forgot your name ", another thing is that the kids around her never interacts with Shelly, Shelly was so sad that everything around her made shelly outraged, which caused her to hit in a fully broken machine. slightly consuming half of her body, as the ichor would manipulate as much the organs of shelly, and her ribcage. Twisted Sprout: Sprout loved being near to cosmo, since hes also worried about cosmo's interaction and about him being kinda shy torward other toons, including sprout himself, aswell, they got separated due to cosmo not getting in time to the elevator. sprout was left alone and we (........) dont know about how cosmo got his twisted form. only about the fact that he got separated from sprout, sprout stared at the ichor running down the elevator, as his eyes dropped a tear. staring at it, so sprout was so raged that he decided to khs by banging his head in ichor. slowly being consumed just like shelly Twisted vee: Vee was trying to get away from a twisted. until there was only a few seconds to enter the elevator and she almost got in. but half of her body was crushed by the elevator due to closing in the time she jumped in,causing it to malfunction and drop start dropping ichor,so after some time, the ichor that was inside vee started to drop and reach the other part of her body. causing it to malfunction her wires and connect it to turn into a twisted

also,big thing i noticed that wasn't really mentioned ( or it was and i deadass didn't look through the whole video ) , is that the fact there's a pinned article in the projector room. you can clearly see it in role-play mode. i read half of it. the rest had ichor covered on it. it said that the whole place was shut down due to an issue. and it also had something involved with someone,in which i forgot who. which might explain why there's no more toon handlers, or , my theory is that what if , the incident that happened is regarding the twisted version of toons. since every floor we go it all seemed ransacked , ruined , there's even one car that was flipped over. probably from a rampaging twisted. plus the thing is,maybe the name or person mentioned in that article (a creator of sorts i forgot who.) , might be dandy's creator , and instead of them taking responsibility of it, they blamed it on their own toon that they handle, which explains how why he doesn't have any toon handlers. also random observation is that toon handlers always use gloves,and also their uniform matches the toon they are in charge with,except for dandy, because the toon handler they're under is pebbles own,which might be an important detail sometime soon.

Good theory but if Dandy's toon handler was Pebbles his name tag would have Pebble picture on it. All of the toon handlers has a pin on their vest with images of the toon they handle. So that toon handler is Dandy's and they did not need a handler for Pebble since Dandy is the one who looks after him

@@SXD4_P0PZ_X3 my theory that the person behind it all was Delilah Keen. The one who created Dandy as her first creation and the other toons. If toons codes are labeled like commons , uncommons , rare or even main then Dandy's "L-001" stands for "Lethal-001" which is trying to imply he was created as a twisted or just, "different" compared to the other toons. Dandy's difference from the other toons got Delilah's intrest into whatever she was planning. She was the one who created the ichor since she knows how to create toons with it so she needed Dandy to monitor and run the ichor operation in her stead since it was a lot of work for her, mostly because Dandy shown to have resistance against the ichor but not for long. And my second theory to why the Gardenview exactly shutdown was because that one note found in the gift shop floor speaks about Dandy's plush and others being sold to the kids or any individuals reported that they grew ill and gotten health issues. Implying they probably used ichor to create these products and further proving that ichor is dangerous against humans. Thats my theory so far... Delilah must have thought of trying to create products by using ichor but it backfired and caused the Gardenview to close then she must have gotten upset, but somewhat something led her to have horrid ideas such as deceiving Dandy. She did something to him that led him to become twisted.

Glisten gets upset because you are going to leave him, just like Dandy getting upset because you refuse to give the tapes that are very dear to him. Therefore causing these two toons to be overtaken by the ichor and start hunting you down

Note: I read a lot about greek mythology, and it is true that ichor is known as 'God's blood', however I believe that ichor is more something figurative. It may be something more like oil or a different kind of blood. In mythology, ichor is commonly gold or white, unlike the black substance we see in the machines.

I think it has something to do with the tapes, the tapes probably have records of the episodes of the TV show that all the toons were in. I like to think that the real toons are twisteds and Dandy keeps replaying the tapes to find a soluyion to this predicament.

A big theory (idk anymore lol) was that Dandy was curious about what Ichor could do so he put it in a capsule and labeled it for each toon. Then he gave the capsules to the toons for the them to use on themselves. Most likely he used it on Pebble first, since he would trust Dandy, and then turn twisted once using it.

My theory: Arthur had a revolutionary idea of creating “living toons”, he was a talented artist and knew Delia was a talented scientist and sculptor and knew she could create these living toons with his designs which was later made into a museum type place known as “GardenView” designed for the toons to walk around and live in while children could come in, learn about the history of the show and play with there favourite toons, however this would be very expensive, when Dandy the first every twisted was created by Delia it toons months of work and hundreds of thousands of dollars/euros/yen, Arthur had promised the public it would be ready by the end of the year and seeing the pace of the operation and cost he and Delia were forced to find another faster and cheaper way to do it, and do they discovered “Ichor” a cheaper and effect way to create living toons, and so they made garden view run of of it and and toons (beside Dandy) to be created from it, however Dandy was getting tired of being pushed to the side in his own show as more and more toons where created, children would line up to see other toons and not him even tho he was the main character, this angered him and so he found a way to infect the other toons with there very own life blood, ichor, we know it’s there blood since like the video states there wounds are dripping ichor, and so he would slowly begin to manipulate the toons and transform them into twisteds, his plan was to show the children how he was best, how he’s the only real one but it backfired causing the place to be closed down and the show to be cancelled, many children and there families d!3d due to these twisteds attacks. Dandy became lonely and mad so he worked tirelessly to make Delias machines work again and when they did he created clones of the toons which is who we play as, when we buy a toon the reason it says licence is due to copy right, your not playing as the real toon your playing as a copy, a clone, dandy sets himself up as the good guy, the hero, and challenges us to try save everyone by surviving the twisted infected floors, when we d!e we explode ichor since that’s all we are made off, he gathers the ichor left from us and uses it to create more clones, he has created a system to make sure you never leave, he creates more and more twisteds for you to face, and constantly re builds you, he makes it so you can earn ichor which he has used as the currency to buy more toons, he bumps them up with unique abilities to make you want to play more and when you’ve got them all he adds more toons to the mix so you keep buying, keep playing and with the ichor you give him he uses it to make more toons and twisteds rather then facing them himself and trying to collect them, to throw us off the sent he created a clone version of himself and twistifed it so we wouldn’t get suspicious and made it only appear when you don’t buy and made it super hard so your constantly wanting to buy from him bc your afraid to face twisted dandy, the tapes are lost media from the show which he is trying to collect and some day reboot the show so things can go back to the way they where but this time he will have control and will always be the star, we are his pawns, everything we do is for dandy and his plans for the future

my theory: Delilah (one founder of gardenview) could have possibly forced Dandy into turning everyone into twisteds, after she found out about ichor, however Dandy did not want to proceed with it. Delilah told him how they could take power in the entire system. Dandy was forced into doing it, and the reason why he always wants tapes is because those tapes are the only memories of his friends. As you can see, in the new warehouse map, the image of Delilah shows ichor on her hands and feet. Another thing, there are TVs everywhere around each map, which is possibly where he puts his tapes, so he can see his friends again. It has been approved by Qwelver that Dandy is not canonically evil, which backs up my statement. Dandy misses his friends, and the reason he goes twisted is by the guilt and anger of loosing his friends, and not being able to see them again. :( p.s. if anyone has any other evidence to back this up, please respond to this comment :)

Fun fact and dark theory: Astro is always so quiet and shy to other toons because he actually knew about Dandy plans towards the toons. We got even photo of Astro and Dandy sitting in gardenview or playing in it before it got even created which means they both were first toons to exist, Astro knew about Dandy's plans but didn't warn the toons because he was scared to lose Dandy's trust, other toon what could've known about Dandy plans is Teagan who could hear a talk between Astro and Dandy since she is mad for Astro still being friends with him and that makes sense since she is like a mother figure to toons caring for them. And the whole theories with NO, DANDY ISN'T VILLAIN are not true. Dandy is villain but a gray morale, he did it and it's his fault but he now regrets it so this is why he tries to be friendly for us. **theories i have.** 1 . One theory I have of Dandy is that when you get ichor the rounds and go to his shop (in the actual lobby of gardenview with elevators) the toon licenses cost ichor maybe you uses that ichor that you gave him to buy toons to actually make clones of the toons like the creator said in the video and use the ichor that you gave him to turn them into twisteds and drive them insane. 2. Another theory is that the dandy's toon handler may have caused the problem. One thing I think is that dandy's toon handler may have forced him to do it but the creators of garden view didn't realize that she was doing it. So it isnt fully dandy's fault for the cause of it being shut down. 3. In one of the maps of dandy's world there is a dead end and a shelf in the corner but if you realize and analiyze the corner you see a chair in the corner with ichor splatted right underneath the chair. That chair may have been how some toons got insane and twisted.

Actually, maybe the "malfunction" incident that was mentioned in the newspaper was specifically about vee's death(twisted transformation). If I'm not mistaken (which I'm probably lol) Vee became a twisted while she was hosting a game show and malfunctioned during it. The toons are certainly not robots but probably artificial "animals", I believe they were made like the frankeinstein was but without the gorey " gather dead bodies together " part. And you also said that the toons we buy licenses for are actually clones, so, I also don't agree with it. You see that it could be right and it's a good point because the twisteds specifically hunt toons because when they die they explode into ichor and that's what the twisteds are looking for;they cannot extract ichor from the machines therefore when they hear the sound of a failed skilcheck they run to the machine looking for ichor. But I personally think that the part that they explode into ichor is just a design thing because I think any other way of animating a player's death would be a little gorey. And Garden View shut down because of the twisteds escaping from their locked floors or something like that and attacking children. Children do not have ichor in them therefore ichor isn't their only motivation to be aggressive. Maybe they wanted revenge on their handlers. And for the twisteds motivation not being the ichor then I don't see why the toons players use are entirely made of ichor. And this physically wouldnt make sence since that it's not possible for just something sewn around ichor being able to talk think and move. I could be dumb but that's my opinion

Here a big theory I have : so basically when you do machines it give you more ichor right ? , when you get research capsules which are filled with ichor it gives you more and more ichor but when you mess up a machine it is possible for a twisted to come toward you, you get more and more ichor every time you have a completion or collect so it makes more sense for when you die there is more of a big splat of ichor because the more machine and capsules you do and collect is the more ichor your body fills up with because you are technically connected with the machine so the more machines the more ichor so when you die the more ichor that comes out of your body !

Well I have a theory(my hands hurt) So basically dandy was friends with other toons and as he said dandy’s world was a famous TV show and was infected by ichor My theory is that a toon handler(not the ones he talked about) was jealous of being forgotten or maybe scratched and got fired Then he talked to dandy about something(ichor) and said he owns dandy’s world so if he uses it it’ll make his friends think postive(lie) Dandy wished they were better and felt happy so they gave them to try it out soon then without thinking about it they already got infected Dandy was too worried and decided to drink the ichor himself as if he is the main character of dandy’s world that’s why he is Lethal He then wants tapes why?(read this if you don’t have dandy’s world discord)because he feels band for what he’ve done and the tapes You were collecting is the tapes that the TV shows hosted and when your card voting or in a floor he will watch it when he’s gone Hope this helped!😊

headcannon lore:) dandy and pebbles toon handler only loved pebble and hated dandy and kept calling dandy a dissappintment. Dandy was only a kid here so he said "Please ill do anything!" beacuse he was scared he might get ignored and then forgotten, dandys toon handler tricked him to get to the ichor operation, and after they killed the toons dandy felt guilty and then the toon handler left dandy and just laughed and people kept saying its dandys fault. Dandys blood (Ichor) gave to the dead toons which they became twisteds but a little alive. After that he was getting dizzy and dandy was happy beacuse its his fault they became "monsters" and he turned to twisted.. But the only problem is he cant control it beacuse he hasnt know how to and everytime he gets so mad he will turn to a twisteds for a limited time and lose his sanity and he tried every way to give the twisteds blood.. And like if he couldnt put his blood in them,he would have to crack something like their eye, their head, their legs and etc.. And thats why dandy really wants you to buy in his shop. Beacuse he wanted to see how his friends look liked and he has a room under the elevator beacuse he couldn't get out of the elevator since he promised he would never show himsemf again. And when you buy in the lobby the currency is "ichor" and that is all the toons blood and the machines in the rooms? well that was the toons blood they were just red but they turned more black after do you think this lore would make sense??

My theory: We technically Are afriad to admit that we sadly don't know the names of toons Developers. But I got some theories on what might have happened: Delilah Keen is one of the founders of Gardenview Educational Center and Museum, the other being Arthur Walton. It seems like Delilah is the one responsible for creating the Toons through unknown means while is getting their designs from the latter. BUT, She could've been the co-owner / Past Handler of Others too: since we don't have enough information if this is true or not...... . Delilah Note About Something Going Wrong "Delilah, we need to talk. I know you’ve kept reassuring me that what had happened wasn’t due to anything you had done. Yet I feel as if we still need to talk about this, you had to have known this could happen to him. You had to have known that this was even a possibility. If you did, why didn’t you tell anyone? Why didn’t you tell me? Something like this doesn’t just happen.". This is basically bcs dandy got the behavior from Arthur Walton, which I assume was manipulative, and niav-itiv. She appears to be covered in ichor in her portrait, likely hinting her involvement in the lore. In lore, Ichor is what causes Toons to transform into Twisteds. The exact method of this transformation is currently unknown. Getting covered in Ichor is likely not one, as Twisted Finn has a chance to cover a Toon in Ichor when they finish extraction, but doesn't infect them. Twisted Dandy's description hints that he could be the overarching antagonist of the game, albeit not being confirmed, as he runs the Ichor operation. Whether the creation of Twisteds was his intention or not is unknown. Which seems to be Ink type blood that coveres them in. Yet dandy clones the "Og's" Toons, from being what said or not. I assume dandy would've erased their memories from being told the truth. WHICH is why Vee tells astro to just give up on him. SINCE vee is concerned for his mental health. BUT concerned and suspicious about dandy. Vee tells astro to not go near him or smth.. idk.. which might be caused why dandy and vee are Separated enemies to eachother. AND the "Malfunction". Which is why each floor causes a blackout on the states "Percentage" numbers. In Greek mythology, Ichor is the blood of the Greek gods and immortals and is deadly to Humans. In-game, some Twisted Toons are shown to leak Ichor from wounds, indicating that the substance is a part of their internal system. This may suggest that Ichor is the Toons blood, which is further supported by the fact that Toons burst into a dark, Ichor-like substance upon death. Dandy is possibly the one responsible for the hurtful damage to the Twisteds as seen in the title - Dandy's World. Despite Dandy possibly being responsible for the ichor & tapes. According to a note written by Arthur Walton, the show demonstrated strong values to children. Most of the notes are covered in Ichor, but it reads: "_ a lot _ on short notice, you know. But I understand the importance of companionship and friendship. That is what the show teaches most, after all!" Due to what was said in the city newspaper, Gardenview Center closed on June 29th, before the episode was set to play on July 21st. It could be possible that the episode still aired even after Gardenview's closing. Even with Gardenview closed, Arthur Walton still could've worked with Delilah Keen to create more episodes. However, there is no evidence that the two would have stopped trying to teach kids all around the world through the Dandy's World show, seeing just how committed they were, even going to the point of creating and possibly raising all the toons (except Toodles). my theory time! it was dandy and his handler 1. in a way when a toon becomes twisted they are essentially immortal till turned back or smth else, as said here 4:00, 2. when gardenview closed its very obvious that the toon handlers literally dipped out, not caring about the toons, not even bothering to check up on them, so of course after a while, the toons didnt know how to take care of themselves, assuming that the toon handlers took care of the toons, 3. while food ran low, dandy probably (since in the show he would always help everyone) was running around trying to find medicine, (which would be one of the reasons why bandaids and medkits are scattered on the floor in different levels) and some toons mightve passed, which led to dandy running around even more trying to fix everything 4. in a panic, dandy couldve slipped up and made a mistake which led to the creation of twisteds 5. figuring out that twisteds were concious but in pain, dandy mightve tried to "end they're suffering" (idgaf if thats not the right theyre) but figured out that theyre immortal until cured 6. dandys shop is him trying to give you items for tapes (i'll elaborate in point 7) to help you on furture floors, (obv) as you might noticee none of them generally hurt the twisteds, unlike other survival games where items you can pick up hurt/injure enemys, considering the theory that twisteds are still concious dandy might not WANT to give you items to hurt them. 7. another little theory i have is that the tapes actually have recordings on them for example something liek research on ichor, what it does, etc, which is why dandy wants them so bad, he probably hopes that one of them will help him find the cure, but so far no luck, but little tips here and there 8. when dandy becomes twisted its becauses hes so overcome with anger that you wont give him the tapes since yk yr not gonna sit there and watch over 100 tapes when you dont know what ur looking for, that he becomes twisted himself, but at the end of the floor he realizes what hes doing. 9. another little side-note is since dandy can turn back himself he might also be trying to figure out if other toons can turn back aswell (little tiny theory) 10. during the time that dandy spends below the floor (in his shop) he uses the time to look through the tapes trying to find a cure this is just a theory chat plz dont kill me
