I actually agree with this point so much, because my mentor always tells me to get the monkey off my back or to swallow the frog first. I usually have things that I have to do right away and I notice if I do those harder things first everything else just becomes easier for me

The place where I struggle is the actual getting out of bed part. I can motivate myself and stick to a plan once I'm up. I struggle so bad with the actual getting out of bed part, whether it's 4 hours of sleep, 8 hours of sleep, or 12 hours of sleep. I either don't wake up to my alarm, or wake up just to turn it off. Any advice?

Have you tried setting multiple alarms (so you'll eventually hear one and wake up) while also keeping your phone/ alarm clock on the other side of the room, so you have to get up to turn it off?

Try the countdown trick. Wake up and count down from 10. Throw the covers off and get out of bed when you get to 1. It sounds stupid but it does work lol

put ur coffee machine in room and set alarm so it starts at 5 am or whatever. U won’t be able to sleep in bc smell
