Hey Roskoe of all the songs to question the subject matter on. I would have thought 'Love On The Brain' would have been something to raise your eyebrow on. Never once did this song demean the girl/woman's involvement in the relationship. The girl was laying down the boundaries for the relationship to work with no concessions. Where the other song delved into the unequal relationship of a guy who put hands on the woman frequently, but was always taken back because of a certain physical prowess. The unfortunate thing is the Rihanna song was based on a sad truth of one of her relationships. She finally was able to break away from that relationship and as far as I know been able to avoid another one like it. I am not being critical of you or your belief system you live by. If I was your daughter I'd do what most teenage daughters do. I'd get mad at you, but would be grateful that you were there paying attention. Keeping me from making a horrible mistake.
