If everyone were a bit more like Aurora the world would be a happier, more peaceful, and better place.

This documentary is so special because it shows so much of her personality. How can you not love Aurora? She’s a fairy 💜💜

She's fantastic. I've seen the documentary umpteen times. There is another documentary called "Once Aurora". It shows the other side of her life, the less beautiful one. Sometimes you get really sad because you want to protect her.

Once Aurora captures her beginnings as an artist struggling to find out what it means to become a touring artist, but she was still young and inexperienced then. When she was sent home to recover she became stronger, wiser and you could see her grow and assert herself more and take control of her music and what direction she wanted to go. It was a great learning curve, Aurora is a different animal soul now 😃💗

Putting Aurora's extraordinary talents as a musician aside, she is one of the most authentic and beautiful souls that God has ever created !

nice to see you watching the doc, thanks. don't miss the concert - it has a very beautiful version of 'infection of a different kind' and i like to see how people react to it ;-).

NRK media is usually pretty safe to post. I think Norway's copyright laws are a bit different, and not as strict. Aurora maintains a lot of control of her career, and she has something to say to the world. Putting her message behind a paywall doesn't suit Aurora. She really isn't in it for the money. She even lives quite modestly in a small apartment. She wears second hand clothes, and clothes that her sister makes for her. Her other sister styles her hair and makeup. She still plays shows for crowds of 5k-6k people. She could fill much larger venues, but she likes to connect with her audience. One of my favorite things about Aurora is her integrity, and the fact she has always stood behind her beliefs 100%.

As Brian Eno said in an interview: The Norwegian singer Aurora, who's one of the most extraordinary people i've met. Absolutely original human being. You just think, who designed her ? She is ... she's such a oneoff wonderful person. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJTWiHSge715hdE

There was seven wonders in the world, until 15.june 1996. Then the 8 wonder was born, she was named after one of natures magical and mystical wonders, the northern lights, Aurora borealis: Aurora Big words, yes I know.... But this tiny girl (her words) is the girl next door one minute, and a hurricane force artist the next, a true force of nature. I just love her fantastic art!

So awesome seeing you react to this! I know it's kind of cliche to call someone unique, but as someone probably twice your age, I've never encountered anyone even close to Aurora. She is so unique in all the best ways. So authentic, natural and so full of positive energy. I hope you react to the entire HAIK concert as well (Fabrice's version is best, BTW).

Great reaction. Aurora is special, she is authentic and very unique. The BEST MULTI talented artist in the business IMO. You are right, this was not her dream, she is not in it for the money, her bit of fame is uncomfortable for her, she calls it un-natural. She wrote songs when she was young to help her deal and process her emotions which lead her to us and I am thankful everyday to be able to listen to her songs. Thanks

Love watching you reacting to this video. I live in Auroras small hometown Os. And part of this documentary is filmed there. It's where she picked up Aurora, and they are going back there for the last part of this film. The city Bergen which they are in, is approximately a 30 min drive from Os. You are welcome to come visit Norway any time! Thanks for reacting to Aurora (and Angelina) from Norway👍😃🌹

For me, the best music documentary ever made. If you find Aurora you will never stop listening to her, such a beautiful soul, and yes she has said she is not in it for the fame & fortune but to connect & help people with their struggles in life, this makes her unique. A beautiful talented woman , or a diva with her tits & arse out signing about sx & money. I know which one i listen to .

this is the edited version of the documentary, a lot of the songs performed like Warrior and All is Soft Inside are like cut in half.

Great reaction😊 Absolutely love this documentary, too bad you got the wrong link. This is a shortened down version, even the songs are shortened down. And you’re really missing out at the concert in the end, I highly recommend doing it separately and choose the version from Fabrice’s channel👍😍😍

Some small pieces of translation are missing. Right after finishing singing for the girls, she says: "It was so difficult not to start crying (laughter)... you were so beautiful while sitting there."

@@taccamine8312 Yeah there are a few missing parts, but it's correctly translated. Not like the other one where it was just a mess. lol

There is so much irony, retrospectively, to her first phrase: "I know what I'm going to do in 2020." Definitely recommand reacting to Once Aurora, to see the dark side of her beginning in the music industry. That documentary won awards for a reason.
