In 2016 Home Free opened for Alabama and Alabama liked them so much that they were invited to join Alabama on stage to sing one or two of their greatest songs with them during their show. Their performance is on youtube shot by an audience member.

This was done live on their Christmas show we Patreon’s & Home Fries contributed to put this on when there no live concert to go to. It was pretty Kool to say the least.

Merry Christmas Dan !! Love this collab...and yes it's telling of their character that Home Free allows others to shine. Poor Jeff Cook, his Parkinson's is just getting so bad. Yes last year Home Free asked us Home fries for $75,000 to help them with a show they wanted to put on. In two days we raised $225,000 for them....so the show was even better than what they thought it would be, abd yes there is another video you should watch (if you haven't already) a collab with the Oak Ridge Boys and the song is "Beautiful Star of Bethlehem", please react to it Dan, it's awesome !!!

It's so sad. The group knew, but as per Jeff Cooks request, they kept it very hush & private until lately. The behind the scenes video of recording with them is wonderful. ❤ very touching.

Parkinson's is another of those awful diseases that is a thief. It steals so much away from a person long before they actually pass from it. I heard about it last year about the time of this special. It was absolutely heartwarming to see him on stage where he belongs with the group! I did recently read somewhere here on a KZbin comment section that he's not able to go with them all the time now. It's hard seeing our legends fading away person by person.
