@@Codj910 You mean about Angie looking better in his clothes? To me it all comes down to how well the palette on the clothes suits his hair and skin tone, which isn't very much imo. Light purple just isn't a color that looks good on Nagito. He needs darker bolder colors as a part of his wardrobe there to contrast how pale he is or else he looks like a ghost. It's why those colors worked well on Angie, since her darker complexion contrasted in a nice way with the lighter palette of her clothes.

At the end of anime it seemed that all his classmates forgave and accepted him some so its nice to see them friendly with him. I haven't actually watched the AU animation where he's the protag but from the clippets I've seen its definitely possible for him to make friends and get along with everyone. So long as he dials down the "hope" obsession a few hundred notches then everyone is chill.

Eh.... really? I'm not seeing it with any of the characters you listed besides maybe Gonta just because he's friendly with everyone. Especially not Kokichi. Those two are like polar opposites. Nagito drank the hope Kool-aid while Kokichi drank the Kool-aid where you can't trust anyone because they might betray you. Those two ideals conflict so heavily. I think Kokichi would take his optimism and hope a similar way he took Kaito's belief, and find it naive and foolish. It'd be like Nagito dealing with Fuyuhiko's mistrustfulness and Hyoko's sharp tongue in a single person, and neither character he vibed well with.

@@sardonicus1739 Hmm- I just think since Kokichi is the "antag" and so was Nagito that they in a way still have some things in common. Celeste I'm not sure why, that's more of a guess. Korekiyo because I feel they are a bit similar in the way they seem to be outsiders who weird everyone out, Makoto because Nagito's hope obsession so he'd worship the ground makoto walks on, and Gonta for the same reason you said :) however that's just my opinion- I could easily be wrong, these are just head cannons. I also respect your opinion as well😊

@@nyasully3306 I feel like the antag connection isn't that strong of a bond since there's a huge variety of antagonists in the world and they're not all going to get along. Byakuya was also an antag and I can't see that dude putting up with Nagito or Kokichi's shit. I think Makoto would be deeply weirded out by Nagito's obsession, kind of like the dumbfounded way that he reacted in the anime when nagito shook his hand, so to me it would be pretty one-sided on Nagito's part, and would basically be a sort of Fanboy kind of relationship. For Korekiyo I feel like he's never really going to truly care about anybody besides his sister, and mostly treats his interactions as wondering if they're worthy of sister or not. For Celeste, she seems like the type that has a low tolerance for bs, so likely would be annoyed with him in a similar way that she was annoyed with Hifumi, since she seems to be looking more for man servants than actual friends. That's just my personal opinion anyway. I'm certainly not here to stop you thinking how you do, or say it's just plain wrong or anything. Just offering up my own perspective. Hope it doesn't feel like I'm trying to be mean
