The final "Hope vs Despair" of DR1 is my favorite compare to 2's and V3's final ones. It force us to convince everyone at the same time in a one last long showdown, and it uses the debate in a way where it needs to repeat itself multiple times in order to talk to each one of them. Also, Makoto talk during it, what better than that?!

Same. Junko's whole speech, gradually giving hope to the rest of the class, followed by the game's main theme playing as you go through it all one last time, to get to the last weakpoint, and the last student to give hope to: Kyoko Kirigiri. The fact it cuts from Hope vs Despair to the main theme lets you know that this is the last time you'll need to do the nonstop debate, before one final BTB against Junko, and it's a powerful moment.
