Danganronpa: Survivor's Guilt is a Fangan (Danganronpa fan game) created by Aru & Raven in RPG Maker MV. It is a sequel to Danganronpa: LIVe or Die, but it can be enjoyed on its own. The game, up to Chapter 2, is available for download for free at itch.io.
Survivor's Guilt is a 'meta fangan' inspired by such stories as the Scream movie series. It discusses and lampshades many various tropes of the genre, sometimes averting them and sometimes playing them straight. It also follows the ending of the canon Danganronpa V3, focusing much more on the worldbuilding aspect of its setting. The protagonist, Rui, is the Ultimate Danganronpa Fan - but will that talent be enough to help him survive Danganronpa for the second time?
