Alright, for anyone curious, Malice is an EXE made by @chopper-103 who is based around the Sonic 2 Prototypes. I might make a full explanation of his lore at some point but idk. Also, Tails has blue shoes just cause I like how they look lol

some false tweet was posted i dunno when of concept art of sonic 2 with tails having blue shoes, it carried on for whatever reason and some people get whiney when they see people give tails blue shoes, but even before that tweet people were already giving tails blue shoes some youtuber likes to give tails blue and red shoes randomly for each video as a troll to the people who don't like it
