Sorry to tell you this but just as they trashed USS Arizona , HMS Hood is implemented as most vulnerable , I saw it blown away in one shot an hour ago and I personally ammo detonated her in my destroyer Spokoinyy with Sap from around 8 km away. I didn't saw, Kroonstad but I wont be surprised to be as op as Parizhskaya Kommuna since the company has to make the Russian players feel strong at least in video games.

Really interesting vehicles coming up this update but my problem is that as we start getting gen 4 planes the tech tree gets longer and longer thus posing more problems, for example i have 1k hours in war thunder and 90% of it i had no premium, i just finished the american tech tre wich is like what, 20% of all the vehicles in the game? maybe less? that somehow doesnt feel normal but oh well. So my question is this , as newer modern vehicles are added and the tech trees expanded with more nations coming (i assume) down the line will the rp requirements go down even by a bit?

So actually yes this did happen, a long long time ago the F-86A saber was in the 300,000ish range of RP after they added the F-100 and the Phantom to the game (making a new rank) the saber and its other rank V aircraft come down to the 90,000-120,000 RP range, so a huge reduction, I could see this happening again if this continues, I hope that helped answer your question, it happened more than a year ago so idk if you knew about it

You know, maybe this game needs to have something like a pass right to the rank 5 or 6, I think, because this can't be a game about WW2 vehicles anymore, so we have to choose which era we're playing. I like the Israeli tech tree because of it: it doesn't waste your time for lame rank 2 and 3 tanks.

Yeah this update looks great, its got some nice vehicles, and of course the F14 Tomcat, but what about the RP system? When will the tech trees become achievable? I have about 800 hours in Warthunder but only have the American tech tree done. And even though the tech tree is done, top tier is barely even playable with the insane repair costs and BR compression. Adding new vehicles is cool, but adding more instead of fixing the old is not a good way to do things. Until this game becomes playable again, imma have to just quit.

They've been standardizing the tiers slowly over the last few updates. The standard that theyve been narrowing in on for t7 (planes at least, havnt really looked at tanks) seems to be about 16k for repairs. New standard is that everyone has shitty repair costs woooo.

Each economy update they do, nerfs the payouts. They give the false sense of voting on change, but each option makes everything worse.

The repair thing in games like this and "World of X" games is always so insane to me. You have top tier vehicles, which a small minority of players will even achieve while playing the game, which makes things worse for all top tier vehicle players because their matchmaking times are worse. On top of that, you disincentivize players playing these vehicles at all with all of these random fees and costs. Why? Why would you DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM PLAYING YOUR GAME THAT YOU MADE?

I'm so happy for the new Italian wheeled vehicle! I love the wheeled lines because they make the game feel faster and more free, while keeping the tank asthstetic! I hope we can get more wheeled vehicles for other countries though. a low tier, wheeled, American or soviet light tank/destroyer would be amazing for early game. (not a complaint)

Dear Gaijin Team, Unfortunately, I noticed a few things very negatively about the Danger Zone update that I would like to share here. The first thing I noticed was the change in sound. Engines and explosions seem way too loud and extremely distorted. Due to the general increase in volume and the distortion or clipping of the sound, the game generally seems much more chaotic than before. I hope you can add an option that disables or minimizes the distortion if you wish. I also noticed graphical changes. The game looks different than before and I have the feeling that the antialiasing is not working as it should, and the HQ TAA option has been removed from my launcher.

While the arrival of the F-14 and Hood is exciting, I'm actually looking forward to the addition of the Gearing-class destroyer in the US Naval tree. My grandfather served aboard the USS James E. Kyes (DD-787) before her modernization in 1962. So you can keep your Tomcats and Napalm. The USS Gearing is enough for me.

Nice update. War Thunder automatically changed graphic settings without even asking, it kept crashing mid game bc of corrupted game files and disk error, now i have to reinstall 100gb over night. Very nice.

When is the Su 25 coming? A plane that can survive a missile hit would be great for mixed battles. The flying Katjuscha tank is missing in the game since there are vehicles from the cold war in the game.

@@videre8884 When it comes to the su 25 you'll be disappointed it wont be able to take a missile big example the a10 all the fanboys thought it was invincible or could take missile hits and look at that it cant. While i want the su 25 in game it will just be another a10 situation.

@@Zoider_ I hope gaijin does it like they did with the il 2. I like using the plane, also because it is armored and because of that the anti-aircraft fire can no longer kill the pilot. The il 2 also flies where other planes would have been shot down long ago. I believe the Su 25 is more heavily armored than the A-10 which is protected by titanium plates. Of course, War Thunder is just a game and it has limits, also you shouldn't think that if a plane is armored, it can withstand every missile hit. But when a plane is armored, the chances of it being shot down are lower. Just like the il 2 in the game. The plane isn't indestructible, of course, but it's superior to planes that don't have armor. The il 2 was also called ´´concrete plane´´ by the Germans in World War II. That this plane keeps flying after being hit, which is one of the reasons I use it. It's slow and therefore easy to hit so I never used the plane. It wasn't until I used it for a bonus that I realized how survivable it is. It's just a game and you shouldn't expect too much. I would like to have the SU 25 in the game.

It would be extremely unbalanced. The Hood is a 1910s design. Bismarck should be added when Gaijin adds comparable battleships, like the Vanguard, Littorio class and Richelieu class.

I find it funny that players said if Bismarck is added she will one shot Hood like IRL when really IRL Bismarck sank Hood was more on luck the inferiority, Bismarck one shot Hood because she pen the lower belt armour that is much thinner than the belt armour on the Waterline and people tend to forget that the Admiral-class Battlecruisers are really Fast Battleships with armour to match constructed after the lessons learned from the disastrous confrontation at the battle of Jutland where the RN lost a number of Battlecruisers that aren't as protected as Hood.

im also 2 planes away, and ive started the naval tech tree the moment i saw the dangerzone 1st trailer , it can be donne, i started going to SIM and believe it or not, just going arround killing bots is a nice way to get to that F-14

Can you please add a lot more Air RB maps with tarrain like cannyons etc cause in the moment there are a lot of F 14 players that take off, gain some Altitude above their AF, fire all their phonix rocets and than land and rearm. We need more cover also in Air RB. Maybe it would be also pretty nice if we have some big maps were battles can least an hour or longer (something between the normal battles and EC)
