Thanks for another vid. I know it's a living for you, but I can't get my head around the fact that people have such an urgent need to drive right onto the beach. Lazy? Ignorant? Stupid? Showoffs? What the hell happened to parking off the beach and using leg power? Way back when my kids were young we planned so that everyone packed stuff in and out - it's called being responsible and teaching them that, for instance, a day at the beach can be a balance between a lot of fun and some work. I'm getting too old and grumpy to feel sorry for people who are too stunned to realize that salt water with tides will destroy their vehicle.

Volkswagen bugs you know the 50s mid-60s you could drive them into a swamp and they float with four High School guys in one. My brother had a rope tied to his model A and the Volkswagen bug to get them out of the swamp.

i had an old truck that went completely under 3 or 4 times, yeah, it was totaled but i drove it for another 100 thousand after that. i saved the engine but not the transmission or rear diff or any wires or anything in the dash but i kept tinkering on it on weekends for a few years until everything worked and stopped not working.

Unfortunately, I've found MOST towing companies are friends with the cops, because they're used for accidents, and have a sense of entitlement because of it! I used to live in Vegas and apartments I lived in had a contract with a towing company. That towing company would make nightly inspections and tow anyone they could, at the expense of the owner and it was later revealed that the apartment complex was getting some kickback!!! VERY SHADY COMPANIES!!!
