I use to "fix" soured horses, I had a lady who couldn't put the saddle on her horse and cinch it up without him flipping over, bucking, an extreme fit. I could tell the way he held himself he was in pain. I talked to my vet who knew a chiropractor who worked on horses, he came out , worked on him several times. after two weeks, I could put the saddle on, cinch it up, and get on him and ride. He handled so well, he didn't need fixing, he needed care. She had him checked once a month in case he needed adjusting as she called it. It was a happy ending, and that man did an excellent job, just like in this video...

Over my 50+ years with horses, I’ve seen some clinicians achieve some good things with problem horses but I’ve never seen anything that can compare to this. The horse world needs Ed.

This makes me wonder how many " bad" horses out there are just in terrible pain and are being forced and dominated and hurt into obedience.

I love it! Acupressure for horses. Animals need care just like people, they hurt after being ridden....probably wrong and they suffer but an;t say anything, All they can do is buck or show out. Bravo to people like you who understand and help them. Please keep up the good work. I saw improvement whle you worked on im and I'm sure he appreciated it. THANK YOU!

Anyone who has had spinal issues can testify as to the agony of a slipped disc or similar..I backed into a door edge and yelped with pain while awaiting spine surgery...Carrying a saddle and rider when a horse's back is misaligned/injured would be agony..and the bucking could cause further pain in itself.

This is useful video for everyone who own horses because you never know what problem can be when horse is doing something but it is their way to show the problem because they can not show it in the other way.

So impressed. I am going to find a chiropractor to exam my horse. She did some crow hopping and bucking for the first time ever when I had the circingle on and also during some routine exercise. She has also been aggressively refusing to lounge clockwise

Also, thank you for saying exactly what you were thinking regardless of the potential blowback from easily offended snobs who think they know everything because they don't. No one does. . At the risk of taking flack myself, I have seen my share of women high level dressage riders who may be at the top of their game in the show ring, but are completely clueless when it comes to groundwork. I'm smart enough to know how stupid I am sometimes and never hesitate to seek advice form other more experienced trainers if I run into a problem. Because it's a thousand times harder to untrain bad behaviors than it is to train good behaviors. Horses really aren't that difficult to figure out if you'r paying attention.

I love how you went over his muscles and bones and watched his reaction (you was listening to him tell you what's wrong). What's the cause of all those bones and muscles being out of place and causing him so much pain? What can you do to prevent it or is there anything you can do to prevent it? Thank you for your time and for your answers

He's a sweet little horse. I liked this video, my only issue was the lounging.. (Especially the last one, poor horse, he only got confusing directions and his head popped. When the guy lounges, he kept his arms low all times, and then wants to change way and both hands up, and then 'punishing' for it) - but other than the lounging of the other guy, its a good video helping the horse :) Seems like it fixed his overreacting with the saddle, hope his owners would now get their sweet horse to love and work with without too much issues of pain

Thanks for sharing this. Have always loved horses but just recently starting to get into the notion of getting horses and trying to learn all I can. This is a side I've not seen or thought much about. Thanks again.

I think that the stirrups dangling scare him and make him feel that he is being attacked, Or the saddle is pressing on a sore spot.
