If ABS would have triggered, the brake would have applied many times within seconds. Here you will see brake is applied then it was released and then applied.

yes, exactly... he didnt turn the steering... by the time he hit the brakes, his left hand side wheels were already rolling over the water surface, which caused uneven braking... they might have slide/aquaplane over water... rest was the inertia which caused such accident... the trucks with a trailer like this, often behave in a similar fashion during heavy braking

It's a little bit difficult to say who is wrong because according to the footage, thar is at limited speed and braking accordingly and at the same time the container is also applying the brakes, from this what I think may happened is,since the container is a heavy vehicle,it took time to reach the minimal speed upon braking and in the mean time thar has slowed down so the container driver has no choice except to steer away and due the water logging the container lost traction and uncontrolled,causing a major problem.

Hum dekh skte hai truck driver ne correction krne ki koshish ki but due to trolleys movement tractor ghum gya. FIRSTLY THE PROBLEM IS ON ROAD, when all other places are dry, water stagnated due to improper slope given by road contractor, secondly both thar driver and lorry should have slowed down well in advance, as lorry driver can see the road well in advance as his driving position is placed well high....and lorry driver should not have applied sudden break,very risky being it an long trailer

HGV lacking hazard perception,HGV can clearly see the further away then normal cars,and can see he didn't even applied brakes, when slowing down longer vehicle he is suppose to keep strait to prevent jack knifing,and lastly it looks like the truck got no brakes on their trailer.

The fault is of the Oil truck which was going in left but, when the thar driver slow down the car the oil truck driver changed his lane left to right. That's why the trailer driver didn't saw the water in road. And cannot imagine that the thar driver will slow down

Truck driver not at fault. A vehicles were moving at a normal speed getting a feeling that the vehicles will continue that motion even theough that water puddle but suddenly the thar slows down and to save the vehicle truck driver applied brakes and since trucks have powerful brake mostly in the rear axle because of the weight the vehicle got jack knifed in that water puddle. That is the reason.

In this scenario I can't tell whose mistake is Because the trailer truck didn't come to know about water on the road truck was in between, so when the truck changed the lane from left to right that time the trailer truck came to know there is water on the road. Thar slow down the speed but the brake light didn't blow I don't know that light is working or not. Thar applied brake or might remove the leg from the accelerator to slow down the speed So suddenly the trailer truck applied the brakes and uncontrolled and hit the divider and stopped the truck and no injury happened to anyone and all are safe. The Govt should take the step for road inspection whether the water is flooding on the road, Condition of road etc after the completion of Road inspection should be done.

Koi road ka kaam karti he aur use approval deti usee... ek baar heavy water flow ka test ko pass karne ke baad hi use approval dena chahiye public use ke liye... taki road pe paani jama na rahe kisibhi halat he.... yaa to road karte samay.. kahin thoda.. gaddhaa bangaya.. mitti dhasne ke karan. . Ya fir drainage properly sahi se kaam nahi kar rahi... tabhi kuch farak padega....

This incident can be avoided by trailer driver whenever veh moving on downing wt road the speed will be up to 35 or below , in long trailer horse is just like tractor and load and force on this types of situation is on horse , if applied sudden break then hirse will skid and make L shape
