Peacocks molt their feathers every year and then grow them back. Each year they grow them back they grow more than the year before. Their tail feather span will get larger and larger as they age. Jack will lose that last feather and in a few months you'll see he's growing more.

Jake horses dont forget what they have learned. And this is a good way it is THEY way to train young horses or horses who had a long riding break. I already saw a video of you-you are doing great+ you are right the stirup is to long!!! Stay relaxed but not so relaxed that you flopp arround. You dont have to straighten your belly muscles. Hell's down and always look in the direction you want the horse to go. And you are doing very, very good. Best whishes and I hope you all will feel they joy when you can go on a trail ride together, maybe for 2 days or so. It is so much fun!!!! 🙋❤️🇦🇹🐎

Jake I was listening to all the plans you have with your Dad and Willow and I think it is so great. One thing I did notice and you probably just forgot, but while you were feeding Willow and she was moving her head up and down by the fence, I noticed there are T-Posts that don't have that black cover on them. Not sure if this video was done before you got the covers or what, but just thought I'd bring it to your attention.

Make sure Jake you tighten up the stirrups to fit you it should be length of yr arm. Measure from yr armpit with the stirrup to yr fingers at seat of saddle. That way you can stand a little in stirrups when she trots or centers without falling off.

You will need to check to see what weight Willow can handle. Lester is too heavy for Voodoo and was told not to ride him. Just be sure to check that out not for you Jake but for your Dad. I know you will be the best to ride her. You're right that you need to get her used to noises and different terrain. Good luck!!
@karencuster6030Ай бұрын
A horse can carry 20% of it’s body weight. If Voo weighs 1,200 lbs. he can carry 240 lbs. so I think Lester would be fine unless he is bigger than he looks.
