I don't know how much you know of Paris' backstory, but, since she's a Quarter Horse, she may have been trained as a cutting horse. I'm amazed at YOU, and the progress you've made, in such a short time. To go from being fearful of horses & knowing very little about riding, to galloping (& staying on) Paris, while chasing Oreo. GREAT JOB, JAKE. Maybe, you can get Uriel over there some day, to try Paris out & see what ALL she can do. He rode on Jami's new horse, Prim, this past weekend, and showed Jami a lot of the things that Prim knows. Maybe, he could do the same for you. You lucked out when the lady asked if you'd take Paris. She seems like a very calm, respectful horse, and an "easy rider". ♥♥
