When You Find An Insane Level 108 Unique Claymore in Minecraft Dungeons

This is still only the second level 108 item I've found after many hours of grinding. I thought it was time for a looting build so I set about building one. This was all about movement speed, because the faster you can get through the levels the faster you can find loot from chests and bosses. This worked out great because once the build was done I ended up grinding for about 5 hours straight to get my hands on some very hard to find items. My favorite was a level 108 unique claymore. This obviously hits for some big damage. I just wish it had the perfect enchantments.. There's always next time. Minecraft Dungeons gameplay with my commentary as always!

Little "tryhard" tricks ; If you want to test out a weapon with different enchantement you can simply equip it (you need to equip it since cloning doesn't clone your inventory) and clone your character in the main menu. Then you can try the enchantements on your cloned character without "scrapping the weapon" on your main.

Just a tip, the blacksmith’s items scale to your power level based on before the last time you entered a loading screen. So at the end of any dungeon, equip the highest level stuff you possibly can to raise the power level he will possibly give you. Then when you go back to fight, equip the items and such that you will actually use.

Yeah. Fighter's Bindings are amazing: Since every hit is a combo basically, swirling every hit. Also, their speed is literally unmatched in the game, meaning that they are the best for radiance. Since the radiance is so powerful, you add cowardice on because you are ulmost max health constantly, and you have the best general use item in the game. The best boss defeating weapon the game is Fighter's Bindings with Crit, Cowardice, Cowardice. Just get into a boss fight at full health and use a health potion/soul healer if it hits you. It shouldn't be able to hit you enough to counteract those. If you want to be safe, replace cowardice with committed, so it doesn't matter what your health is, but your damage increase will be less.

yea the can be pretty decent, but for late game, even if they are level 108, they kinda fall off for pure damage to bosses and for mob clearing. I mean technically if you get radiance on them you can almost never die, but for clear speed on bosses, it isn't even close to the best option

Hey df, i've played til about level 140 looking for the best set up, and for what i've seen, this is easily the best setup. ---Weapon: get a level 107/108 "Cursed axe". if you can get radiance and swirling on it then you're set as swirling triggers every other hit, it's amazing. If you can manage to get a 3rd enchant that has damage or crit boost then even better. and the weapon enchant is better than the whirlwind axe, as whirlwind axe only adds about 400 damage instead of constant 3000 damage explosions. ---Armor: Renegade armor is the best for this as it drastically speeds up your axe, while also providing damage boost to your axe and bow, and giving some good damage reduction. Delfect is needed, as its the best armor enchant in the game. Swiftfooted is second best as you can roll to get speed, but the duration of the speed is actually more than the cooldown of the roll, so you can infinitely get a huge speed boost. for the 3rd get Potion Barrier/protection/chilling all solid options. potion barrier will make it so you never have to dodge a boss again, even the "final" boss lasers. even though bosses die 2 seconds in so no real need for that ---Bow: Lightning harp crossbow or any multiple arrow shot bow are easily the best boss slayer in the game. If you can get one with multishot and accelerate then you can finish almost any boss in the game in only 2 seconds of it spawning, get power/rapid shot/infinity for the third. Stand as close as possible to the boss and every shot will shoot and hit all 8-10 arrows at once. Paired with the weakness causing artifact and it is incredible. ---Artifacts: get 2 level 108 rare death cap mushrooms. And a level 108 rare gong of weakening. Basically this allows you to almost have deathcap running all the time to increase speed and attack speed, and gong of weakness allows you to deal 3x the damage

Personally, radiance can be a legitemately powerful strategy, but if you want to do maximum damage (and beat levels more quickly, rather than more reliably/without thinking about it) this might legitimately be a better strategy.

DF, I would suggest building a Battle Robe with at least 2 Cool Down enchants on it, doing so allows you to spam abilities endlessly. It's really great for moving fast and it lets you have Deathcap up 100% of the time

By the way, with the Sun's Grace mace, when it says "Heals allies in the area", it means it comes with radiance. Also, if you don't know, the damage shown on a weapon is only base damage. Even if it's a unique weapon with damage increase, that increased damage isn't shown.

That's just how it is. Took me less than 6 hours to beat apocalypse mode and get power level 106 so I learned very quickly that you shouldn't get attached to items.

I found a unique sickle that had crit, committed, and sharpness and paired with gong of weakening and death cap mushroom, it was an absolute steal. I could destroy any boss within 5 seconds and I had armor to complement the rolls. Keep up breaking the game DF!

That unique robe with speed synergy and 2 cool downs with ghost cloak and boots of swiftness let’s me beat the mushroom level in around 2-3 minutes

If you want to beat it faster, just get good melee damage armor with double cooldown, and then get a really good weapon. Then run triple ghost cloak for the lvl, then switch to double gong+mushroom. 40 seconds to get to the boss and 10 seconds to kill it. Including time to swap gear out and run to the end, it's an easy 1.5 min run or less.

If you want uncontrollable levels of speed just find armor with the enchantment that boosts speed for each soul you collect (aka everything you kill)

Hi DF, just a quick note of things u mightve mistaken; the Sun's Grace doesnt just heal allies, it basically has a lvl1 Radiance built into it. The attack speed however is a lil left to be desired for quick heals, and since all Uniques only give lvl1 built-in enchantments, it doesnt heal that much. Btw, if you wanted the strongest melee-based armor in the game, you should farm the Unique version of the Mercenary armor (Renegade Armor) since it has 35% damage reduction, 20% more damage to weapons, and 25% faster melee attack speed. PS: Also, the best armor enchantment is definitely Deflection - since it doesnt just reflect arrows back at the enemy, it also negates the projectile damage entirely. The enchantment also negates+reflects Boss projectiles like The Nameless One's Magic orbs.

The gauntlets you want are the Fighter’s bindings, they’re the fastest weapon in the game. Every enchantment that triggers at the end of a combo (swirling, radiance, etc) basically constantly trigger, so you basically become a god with the right enchants

Here is a tip DF, hopefully you read this. If you enter a room (like camp) at your max then the room you go into will use your equipped gear as a base and it will drop things near or better power. So it’s just a tip because I see you slowly growing in power.

Hey DF, if you can get the unique gauntlets (fighters bindings) from the soggy cave, try getting a robe with two cool down enchants and protection. Mushroom cap will never be on cool down and it's reeeeeaally fun. There attack speed is ludacris. The enchants I have are radiance, swirling, and explosion.

If you want speed look for a evocation robe or unique with 2 cooldowns. For artifacts you want 2 ghost robe and one boots of swiftness. You become practically untouchable and you will constantly be under the effects of your artifacts meaning you can fly through levels at an insane speed.

If you dash while hitting You can make special interactions. That’s swords second hit can become a dash. You could use it in the speed load out to dash with the second hit and then go flying.

PLEASE get the harp crossbow with multishot. the bow shoots 5 arrows, and multishot makes each one turn into 5 arrows 40% of the time, so u can have 25 arrows, combine that with fireworks, and u can ONE SHOT GOLEMS.

The fastest way to move in this game is an enchantment that gives a speed boost when you collect a soul, the effect lasts 2-4 seconds but stacks and resets the timer, so if you kill a dozen mobs then you end up going too fast to even control, I think it's called soul speed it is really stupid. it goes on armour

The quickest way to run through Levels to the boss or complete soggy caves is have an ember robe, battle robe or the evocation robe and have two cool down enchants and have 2 ghost cloaks and a boots of swiftness. You get unlimited speed and ghost form. Hope this helps someone.

the mob spawner works but only spawns when you kill the mob, if you kill only 1, only 1 will respawn. and while you farm sometimes they can get stuck inside the mob spawner and cant move. if you want to afk grind, creeper woods has a lot of summoners and those are more effective if you want to farm endlessly or afk as long as you got some healing enchantments

DF the higher your base power is the higher the items level you will find (saying this incase you didn't know) so basically equip the highest stuff you have Then run a level. your current level is 105 so it going to be very rare to get 108's

You have such good luck its insane, my power level is 107, I was grinding the Obsidian Chest in Desert Temple & Soggy Cave for like 4 hours and I only got 1 unique, Level 107 Soul Fists they're really good and so good to the point where I want another weapon. I have Radiance, Echo and Sharpness on it.

My build has been, for about the whole game, has been Boots of swiftness, boots of swiftness, torment quiver. Basically, you can infinitely have swiftness with the boots. And torment quiver OP

Df the gloves you're looking for are called "Figher's bindings" they are the best glove weapon in the game as they have maxed speed. Maulers are trash and the soul fists are only kinda decent if you luck out and get a critical boost enchant on it

There are 3 gauntlets. Maulers, soul fists, and fighters wraps. The latter is what most ppl know about...but people dont realize soul fists with soul crit, crit, and radiance hit for 10-14k on their own... without gong... and crit for over 2million

You can go faster!, by getting a souls build, you can go mach 1 with a souls armorpiece you can sometimes enchant it go get speed on souls gathered(works crazy if you have soul weapons)

If you want alot of speed, try a combo of Soul Speed (on Soul Armor type) and Soul Syphon (on Soul Weapon type) Soul Speed give you a temporary boost of speed per soul you collect, combine this enchantement with Soul Syphon (I think that’s is name) that give you a 10% chance of gaining 9 soul (if level 3 enchant) every time you hit a mob. By combining these with your actual artefact, you can go extremelyyyyy fast, even so fast that’s’ almost impossible to control yourself lol 😆. (Sorry for all the mistakes I’ve possibly made, I’m French)

Try using the bow that shoots 3 arrows and get the multishot enchantment (the one that can shoot 5 arrows at the same time) then use the firework rocket artifact and trust me you’ll love it
