The Ballista is actually really broken in PVP because its cooldown depends on how long you charged your shot, so if you're at a hill just spam down it, it will hit your enemy and knock them back as well as block shots for you and they can't really do anything. Though, it is a bit longer seeing as the damage output on the ballista depends on how long you charged your shot
