The thing is, in the minecraft world, there arent any signs of religions aside from desert temples and maybe another structure within the world, hence, its most likely that they have no wedding mechanism. However thay doesnt take away the fact that they live together in a lovely union, which I think that thats all that matters on becoming wife and husband
